Stretching and toning was what I needed and Jan’s Tai chi class was perfect. After the first couple of sessions my balance, posture and flexibility improved as did the niggles in my back and hips. The quigong exercises are fun with Jan always talking the class through the story behind each and a flowing Tai chi movement follows. I especially enjoy this. The company of others as well as the park location always elevates well being. Come home feeling peaceful and more mobile.

Learning tai chi and QiGong with Jan has been just wonderful. I've gained strength, a sense of peace and determination and a lovely group of friends. I was welcomed warmly and have been encouraged every step of the way. As the youngest in the class it's been so great to learn and see that tai chi is not just for oldies in the park of a morning, but a vibrant evolving art with so much to tell us.

I cannot recommend more highly.

I am extremely grateful to Jan for opening up the wonderful world of Tai Chi to me. I have found classes to be an outstanding benefit and amazing gentle way of exercise and relaxation. I have incorporated them into my daily exercise plan. Coffee and chat after class is a real highlight with warm caring friends.

Classes are very enjoyable, calming and great for balance and stress relief, Jan teaches at just the right pace.

I have been attending The Tai Chi Club for almost two years. This has been a fantastic experience for me. I find the classes help with my flexibty, balance and coordination. The Qigong is wonderful for mindfulness and relaxation, not to mention the wonderful members in our class. We always enjoy an after class coffee and a chat.
