I am one week post op with my surgery performed by Dr Hadi. I am so happy with the results, my recovery and the services provided by Dr Hadi and her team. She is an amazing Dr and a warm and kind person. I highly recommend her to anyone considering using her for any procedures or surgeries.

Dr Reema Hadi is very upfront and yet puts me at ease. I know I haven't yet had my surgery but I haven't been this certain with anyone that I booked a date on the spot.

Don't bother looking anywhere else- this is the best. I did a LOT of research before making a booking with Dr Hadi, and drove from Canberra to see her for blepharoplasty and a brow lift. From the first call, Liz gave me so much useful information and was so friendly that I knew I had made the right decision. The clinic is beautiful and could double as a luxury day spa- it is in no way clinical and is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Then there is the team. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. Reema and Eleanor were SO LOVELY- I was so nervous driving up to Sydney the day before surgery, but they put me at ease straight away. They are so genuine and kind and knowledgeable. Reema explained very clearly what results I could expect, asked me if I was OK if she told me her concerns (I have a lot of sun damage and she didn't want to upset me). At every stage she checked in to see if I was OK, even asking what music I would like to listen to. I didn't feel any pain at all throughout the surgery and was so relaxed that I even started tapping my feet to the music! Afterwards, they looked after me so well with cups of tea and chocolate etc. Eleanor checked in on me every few minutes. They explained what I could expect post-op and gave me numbers to call if I needed anything. I went back a week later to get my stitches out and, even though I was a drama queen, Reema was so patient and kind. I had fillers around my lip area at the same time which didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought they would. I am REALLY so happy with the results- Reema has done an amazing job and I feel like I have my face back. She was also half the price of a surgeon here in Canberra (who was extremely rude and horrible). I will be going back in a few weeks for a check up and some more wrinkle injections. The Swan Clinic definitely has a loyal customer in me. I am so happy with absolutely every aspect of my care. Thank you Reema, Eleanor, Liz and Anna. I really do appreciate your kindness, professionalism, skills and dedication.

I can't say how happy I am! I only had a medium sized tumour removed from my chest but after many hospital procedures for various issues, this was so pleasant. Dr Hadi is extremely personable, nice and displays a wonderful beside manner. The staff are also wonderful.
If I had gone through the hospital system I believe my scar would be at least double the size with much more swelling and bruising.

I will admit I was feeling nervous about visiting the Swan Clinic, I felt I didn't "fit in" with having the "standard" that many women would have who visit and get procedures done, as soon as I walked in the Swan Clinic door I was greeted in such a warm non judgemental way I felt my nerves ease, then once in with Dr Hadi WOW! I was made to feel so overwhelmingly comfortable, understood and heard, Dr Hadi is not like most surgeons where they hear with their ears what you want done then tell you they can do this or that, Dr Hadi listens with both her ears and her heart she shows you genuine compassion and concern for you and does her absolute best to get you feeling better about yourself. I had a procedure done with Dr Hadi while awake, during the procedure Dr Hadi made sure I was comfortable through the whole experience, one thing I got to see because I was awake during the nearly 4 hour procedure was Dr Hadi's dedication to getting everything to a high standard she is happy with, there is definitely no "almost" is good enough with her it HAS to be good enough because Dr Hadi cares and is in this from the heart, I am now 6 weeks post op and are extremely happy with the results and are definitely getting further procedures done with Dr Hadi.thank you Dr Hadi and everyone at the Swan Clinic
