Val is an amazing dietitian. She helped me tremendously with my weight cut for my USAPL powerlifting meet whilst improving my body recomposition. Val was always super flexible and kept me accountable which made her a pleasure to work with! I can’t recommend Val enough for powerlifters who want to take the next step with their performance by improving their nutrition!

Absolutely love working with Val! She is understanding, professional and is very knowledgeable. She really takes the time to understand me and my lifestyle requirements, which stands out to me in comparison to other coaches. Have had an incredible experience so far. I feel grateful for Val's support and knowledge at a time where I was facing a few new and chronic health challenges and felt overwhelmed and unsure of the next steps in improving my diet. Since working with Val late last year up to now I have already seen significant improvements in several health markers which is a credit to the holistic and open approach Val takes to diet and lifestyle changes. This has made it so much easier to be consistent and empowered with the changes in my diet. Val is very approachable and generous with her time, always quick to reply to any queries that may come up in between sessions, and the sessions being via video conference makes it easy to fit into my full time schedule. Thanks Val for all your support and wisdom!

I reached out to Valentina at a time when I was feeling really lost with my nutrition and in a total bind between wanting to adequately fuel my training but being afraid that I would gain weight. Her instagram content made me feel that she would have the empathy and understanding to know how I felt and put together an approach that would work for me, and I was right! Together we made changes to my nutrition, lifestyle and thought patterns that resulted in me having more energy, feeling stronger and more powerful in the gym and left me feeling empowered rather than helpless. Val was always kind and understanding and never made me feel judged or less than, whilst still providing a level of accountability that helped me to stick with the habits I was trying to develop. I'd work with her again for sure!

Val was a great support during a difficult and confusing dietary transition. Her knowledge and understanding specifically in FODMAP related diets assisted in adapting challenges, solutions and positive relationships with food to meet my personal needs. She makes herself available to support throughout the process and cannot thank her enough in getting my life and eating back on track

Valentina is fantastic at what she does. You feel supported and get the nutritional support that suits your individual needs. Val has been able to prepare me for powerlifting competitions with ease. Definitely recommend!
