2Very unimpressed with the service, costs and treatment received from The Solar Shop Grafton. The work on our home was substandard and we had to have nearly everything reinstalled by an alternate company.
We recently purchased 2 new wood heaters from The Solar Shop South Grafton. We chose to deal locally rather than shop elsewhere for more competitive prices. As we were replacing existing heaters we chose models with identical flue locations for ease of installation. We were charged $294.00 per hour for a 50 kilometer delivery and installation ONLY. Three men 9.166 hours @$294 per hour =$2915.50 plus consumables $74.55
After discovering that the baffle in one heater had been installed upside down causing it to fall onto the fire pile continually we were left far less than confident with the quality of workmanship and value for money.
