I needed two shower cubicles to be repaired due to water leakage and mould issues. I contacted the shower repair centre and they were very professional and friendly. They gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled the work at a convenient time for me. The technicians arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and neatly. They explained the process and the warranty to me clearly and answered all my questions. The shower cubicles look brand new and function perfectly. I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend the shower repair centre to anyone who needs shower repairs. They are reliable, skilled and courteous. Extremely rude and unprofessional employee walking into my home. ZERO customer service or people skills. Making jokes at my expense. Thinking it’s funny that I wasn’t aware he was coming as he was suppose to call me on approach as I work from home and I am on work calls a lot. He made multiple comments that were out of line. Before asking him to leave.

I’m heavily pregnant and due to give birth within the week. This company is not welcome back to my home.

Not even able to contact this company to leave a complaint. From booking a quote without my knowledge through strata apparently only to find out at 5.30pm the night before the quote was supposed to go ahead. This company really needs to re assess the level of customer service.

Don't use this company for leaking shower. They say they can fix it then after trying to fix twice still leaking. The help in the office will tell you it can be fixed. Then they will only give you aportion of your money back, saying any excuse as to why they won't give you a full refund

But had a operation manager Kevin give me a buzz to sort the problem out and could not be happier to speak to anyone else he was very understanding of the situation and sorted everything to a T and also gave me good advice in what the next step was in the renovation of my bathroom

I found them to be quite professional in their conduct. Communication and bookings was a smooth process. Their technician was prompt, courteous and professional in his conduct.

Absolutely terrible workmanship and communication, and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I paid over $1000 to have a perimeter leak issue with floor + wall grout rejuvenation carried out on my ensuite shower and upon inspecting the completed job, i was confronted with a rushed and unacceptably messy job along with residual grout left everywhere.

The rescheduling of the repair (of the repair) was another mess, with multiple cancellations and miscommunications of the appointment date and after waiting nearly 4 months to finally get another repair person to the job, I was served with another very ordinary job which looks nothing like this companies website pictures and these guys should be pleased that I have not posted the pictures of my supposed completed job, as it's not good.

I eventually gave in and paid this company their money as it was obvious that no matter what I asked of them, I was not going to receive the quality of workmanship that was advertised on their website and after a four month ordeal, i still have to go and scrub the residual epoxy marks off by myself.

So far so good. Great service, very reasonable, very responsive and very easy to deal with.

The workmanship was excellent and the tradie was courteous and helpful. The organisation and arranging the time to do the work was arguably less professional, with appointment changes and last minute time changes which was a nuisance.

Price was very competitive work completed on the day cleanup through satisfaction was delivered. I can recommend this company to do an honest and efficient job

The tile grouting in 2 shower recesses was replaced and very well done. I’m delighted with the result and would highly recommend the service.

Work performed was Balcony regrouting and resealing. I highly recommend Tim from Shower Reoair Centre for high quality of work. He came on time and very organized and keot the place clean and tidy while doing the job as well as after completing the job. Balcony looked new. Highly recommended.

Used Shower Repair Center for Waterproofing services in our main bathroom. In the shower they took off all the silicone, regrouted using expoxy-grout and re-siliconed. Very professional, in fact their back office followup was impressive. Very happy with the service, the gentleman who did was clearly v.experienced. He had to come back as water had gotten under the tiles and it needed time to dry, absolutely no problem for him to do and he came back reasonably quickly.

The Shower Repair Centre carried out a "shower seal" job for me. The team was thoroughly professional, courteous, ethical & prompt @ all times, & even promptly refunded me just under 50% of what was paid to them in advance, because the job was smaller than what was initially worked out. A highly recommended team!

I would like to thank the Shower Repair Centre for the tremendous work that was completed on two of our shower recesses in our home this past month.

They first took care of our major bathroom, which needed resealing and regrouting of the floor and walls. After the wonderful work that was done here, we could not then leave our ensuite bathroom as it was. It was also given a regrouted floor and walls and looks brand new again.

I cannot thank Frank, our tradesman enough, for he and the Shower Repair centre have brought both of our bathrooms back to their original impeccable standard. I can recommend the shower repair centre with full confidence.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They originally came out to fix a warranty issue 10-12 yrs ago. This repair failed after 7 yrs within warranty period (mind you I had to pay $150 for them to warranty fix it). The seal on the shower has failed again after 3 yrs of fixing their warranty. I contacted them at the beginning of April requesting someone come to look at it. Despite 2 emails (with photos) no one has called me back & it is now the end of May. I have since rang the company, been spoken to like a child in a condescending manner & hung up on. I rang back & spoke to another person who has now told me that my shower repair is out of warranty because my "original job" was done 12 yrs ago.so basically this company will not warrant their warranty repairs & will weezel out of any responsibility they have to you as a customer. Do yourself a favour & find another company that actually has customer service

I had an ongoing issue with tenants who couldn’t explain where a water issue was coming from. The Shower Repair Centre was so understanding of the situation and my stress, and booked in the job as a matter or urgency. As a Property Manager, Strata Committee member and an investor myself, I highly recommend this company.
