Thank you James from The Shed Company for helping us with our shed build! It's a daunting experience, especially for a nervous and fussy first home owner like myself but I appreciate the attention to detail, time, patience and effort you've put in to my project. Looking forward to putting the hubby in his man cave! Would gladly recommend The Shed Company to friends and family in future.

Was exploring options for a shed house build to A1 and James was so helpful. Above and beyond customer service.

By far the worst customer service and experience ever received by a company of this size. Paid initial deposit in March and only have just got it completed on the weekend (October).

So hard to get in contact with but when they wanted money from you, they were quick to remind you, even though, in Covid times, they knew they couldn’t deliver the service on time. Understandably restrictions played a hand in the later weeks before the install of the shed, however, the longest and most unprofessional dealings was when we were trying to get our slab laid. The shed parts were already delivered for 3 months before the slab was laid and if it wasn’t for us constantly calling and asking when, was it then they handed it over to another gentleman to get it sorted, which then it only took 2 weeks for slab to be laid - if only we dealt with him from the beginning, instead of the unprofessional, lazy and disinterested man that we had to initially deal with!

Would certainly NOT recommend!

My garage was delivered three months ago and has been sitting out on the street awaiting installation. Every week there is a new excuse. Countless phone calls amount to no action. If you need a shed in a reasonable timeframe, go somewhere else.

Thanks for the great shed you have finished at my Dads, i know he loves it and nice to see a company that actually cares about its customers and the quality of what it supplies. All Australian Steel and inhouse builders and concreters assured him of no hassles this time. Way better than his last experience.thanks Freya

Ordered shed, great service until I paid the money. After that I would have to demand for them to call me back and answer my questions. The shed was decent quality bug service is terrible.

The Shed Company Sydney South West built me a dream shed which I actually turned into my very own man cave! They were so professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. I loved the attention to detail and they cleaned up every bit of mess before completion. I would highly recommend them to anybody!

Recently had a building done through this company and was amazed at their customer service and quality. I had already signed with another local company before I found the shed company unfortunately but had to get out of the 1st deal because the other company couldn’t supply licensed builders or the appropriate HOW insurance needed by law. Take my advice if looking for a shed check that the shed company has the correct credentials - my lengthy and costly exercise proved that most are shonky.

Phoned through for a quote. Spoke to Paul who advised that I will have the quote, just after lunch. No quote.
Called the next day, Paul is away till next week.
If they cant get the initial quotation in a timely manner imagine what the kit is like. Thanks but no thanks

I have just had my shed built by The Shed Company in Narellan.i am very happy with the finished product. The girls in the office have been very helpful and patient through the whole process. David the concreter and Nathan the builder did a great job. Nice local family business. I would highly recommend The Shed Company Narellan.

Hi All i am the owner of the shed company sydney - there is no way to respond to this mans negative feedback other than to tell the story - Darrin Pride called our office for a quote late afternoon and gave Paul details of a shed he wanted quoting - he was advised he would get the quote the following day - Paul fell Ill that evening and our staff contacted Pauls customers to follow up - Mr Pride refused to re-iterate his requirements and said he didn't wish to repeat himself - he would go elsewhere - hence Mr Pride did not get a quote - end of story. Our business has been trading for the past 20 years and value our reputation - any customer wishing to call me and discuss further is welcome to do so.thanks Michelle
