Absolutely horrible place, staff are absolutely no help at all and actually actively work against you instead of working with you to help you. Staff are on a power trip and are extremely rude, combative, condescending, completely lack any empathy, treat you like a 2nd class citizen, are extremely eager to and create false reasons to just cut off your payments any chance they get, don't help you find work in the field/career you want and just treat you like a number and try to put you into low paying labor intensive factory work to get rid of you as quick as possible so they dont actually have to do any work to help you. I was told I can't pick what type of job I want to search for and have to just apply for anything that's available then when I followed their instructions by doing that I was told I can't just apply for anything that's available and was marked down as failing my job searching for following their instructions. Deserves a 0 Star rating but 1 is as low as it lets you go. Absolutely horrible!

This company disregards their clients mental health, will mark you as unattended or not meeting guidelines when you have attended and met guidelines.
They're condescending and outright rude. Told me that I was incompetent then the manager tried telling me that my mental health has nothing to do with her and also that im incompetent. She proceeded to backtrack knowing full well she shouldnt be talking to clients like that. Working a government job, you are trained to deal with people going through mental health issues, do your job. They genuinely don't care about their clients.
My consultant is more often then not, misinterpreting what im saying or basically putting words into my mouth. She either lacks the comprehension to understand more complex concepts outside of following job protocol or just genuinely doesnt give af and has a language barrier.
They'll actively sabotage your payments in an unprofessional manner, won't mark you as attended if given an over the phone appointment (which I still have a demerit for). This has gone on for too, while I've been far too complacent with their unfair, unlawful rules they make you follow. There's multiple ways of reporting jobs in the system. But they pick and choose which ones I'm allowed to use, only making things harder for me. There's no rules or obligations restricting me from using all of work force Australia's tools to my disposal, so why do they limit me and make things harder?

The worst job provider I've ever had to deal with.

My ex partner continually gets hung up on or told they will call him back.they are as helpful as a fart in a crowded lift! Doing nothing to help however their unreliability is something you can rely on! So that's something I guess.

Worst service ever, no sympathy or empathy, when I said I had a surgery this week and got medical certificate. All I heard was doesn't matter you come to the appointment tomorrow.
Simply hung up on my face.
Who are you people? Sorry I didn't realise my payment was coming out of your pay cheque.
Respect your clients first, they are requesting help for a reason and don't treat like slaves and you got power.

Unprofessional: Aggressive power tripping staff, they'll threaten to have your payment cancelled if for the smallest reason they think you are being non compliant or you don't dance to their tune. Unorganised. You might also hear derogatory remarks from other staff if they don't like your opinion. Bullying type behaviour. I've tried to point out the negatives, theres 1 star there but I'd probably make it 1/2 a star if I could.

Horrible service hours on the Phone waiting Staff don't pick up there Moblies. Place is the Shambles very unprofessional. Phone call to The member of parliament has been made.

Strongly not recommended who are looking for work or currently work part time or casual jobs don’t waste your time & energy for them they are not professional consultants, very disorganised, the office is partially empty with amateurs
