7 I would give a zero to the absurd customer service provided by the owner. He yelled, screamed and insulted me and my husband when we went to exchange a rug due to damage but the seller/store person who looked in his 45+ started shouting and pointing fingers at us to leave his store. He abused and said he wont exchange and asked us to go to the court before us even speaking a word to him. We went there to exhange with courtesy but the man did not hear a word and continued abusing and made some false allegations against us. We calmly tried explaining it to him that we need an exchange as we have the right to do so. The abuse went on and we have to come to his level to make him stop. DO NOT VISIT OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THE STORE MANAGER is very tempered and you will loose your money if the rug is either defective or not of your choice.
Very unstable man who doesn't stick to company policy and no etiquette whatsoever. A strong No.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from them because their service is extremely poor.
Raf was so helpful and patient during our time in the store, when we weren't sure what we were looking for. He made it easy for us to choose. Thanks Raf! We'll be back.
Range of rugs is fine but too expensive not because of quality just because it is in castle hill. Go to blacktown or parklea markets and see the price difference for yourself. Its more than 2 fold higher for same product.
Rug selling for 750 which is being sold at every other place in 300. I hope you can do the maths your self.
Paid for something with no problems, but when my partner picked up a carpet, she was asked private questions about relationship status and age, where she lives etc. I find this to be unprofessional and will not be coming back
They seem to have a good range of carpets. If you have a carpet that needs washing (and who doesn’t?) or repairing this is the place to come.
Is it time for you to change your carpet? Then you can even trade in your phone old carpet for a new one.
