Cannot praise The Rug Experts highly enough. The whole process, from quote, to collecting our rug, cleaning it, and returning it, could not have been any smoother. And the quality of the clean definitely exceeded expectations, we had no idea our twenty-year-old rug could look as good as it does now!

Exceptional job, couldn’t have asked for more. Carpet is clean, fresh and returned in perfect condition. Looks like new.

The Rug Experts did a fantastic job on my rug. It was dirty despite having been steam cleaned by someone and washed by someone else. I was thinking it was beyond help.
The job the Rug Experts did was exceptional. The rug is clean and fresh, the service was efficient and the communication could not be faulted. Oh and the cost - comparable to having it steam cleaned, but way better value for the result.

One of my cats had an 'accident' (pee) on our stunning very valuable Mid-Century rug.
The rug experts did a fantastic job to get rid of the smell, the stain and treated the vintage rug with the greatest respect and understanding.

The Rug Experts picked up our 7 precious rugs and returned them as new a week and a half later. They also made careful and precise repairs on an old large Afghan rug. All work is on site in Earlwood where they have a large washing and drying shed behind the shop. Outstanding, prompt knowledgeable and respectful service. I've since found out that quite a few friends are fans of this business. Five stars.

Ali picked up our 20-year-old rug (contactless) and returned it about a week later returned it and it was like a brand new rug. Thrilled with the result and the service. Thank you!

The Rug Experts repaired and cleaned my silk/cashmere rug. They were efficient, prompt and professional. The work was of a high standard and my beautiful rug looks like it did when I bought it 10 years ago.

Wool x bamboo rug cleaned with an excellent result (a stain was removed plus baby spew/milk). Excellent customer service and result. I provided incorrect rug specs and they emailed to let me know it would be cheaper! Trustworthy people. Would recommend!

The rug experts NOT QUITE. Very disappointed with the lack of care. I've had my rug cleaned by the rug experts to my horrra once Ali un rolled the rug, discoloration and dry to say the least.
This rug was not cheap and not that old ether,
Will not recommend to family or friends.

Thank you for your reply, although I was not offered the refund as you claim. Nor was there any acknowledge on your behalf that the rug was damaged. You claimed it was cleaned.soo why would I send it out to someone else!?
Sorry but the rug is discolored, my photos speak for themselves.

I'm very thankful for the excellent and professional job at all levels. I had professional handwashing/cleaning done to both of my rugs.

My silk and wool Persian rug had been neglected for years in a garage, pet smells, crusty and frayed. The Rug Experts transformed it back to a thing of beauty and were an absolute delight to deal with, highly recommended!
