I did return on more than one occasion on my quest to find the perfect rug. Well, I ended up purchasing the first rug (Emori Grey) that she showed me. Thanks Alicia, you nailed it in one and followed up with excellent customer service experience providing outstanding attention to detail with a smile all the way to delivery.
