What a beautiful hotel, nice location, nice room.it was an all round great experience, kudos to the staff and the management.

Visiting The Rex Tamworth hotel was a very nice move that i can never forget, they has all the qualifications of customers service, I can't just wait to visit more times.

It gives that feeling of transferring from one leaving home to another.very cozy.neat and accomodating staffs

What a lovely place! This environment is really nice, and the staff too. The rooms are clean, bathroom too. The outside is cute.
Most important, it seems quiet.
I will definitely come back

This place was amazing! The owner runs this place with such energy and happiness! She's really nice and she is driven to constantly improve it. The Rex is constantly being renovated to make it better. But it doesn't interfere with our stay. We got a double bed for $56 for a night with Aircon. I thought this was a bargain. Had an amazing nights sleep.

I really like to stay here because of its beautiful location and there exceptional customer service.
The rooms are neat and clean and so are the environment and surroundings.

The infrastructure is fantastic. I love the classical environment with both inside and outside well decorated.

This is a great hotel to lodge and feel happy. Their services and facilities are very good, i like their service, good atmosphere with conducive environment.

Came here for tafe, excellent weekly rates. Can be a little noisy depending on other guests. Jody is a lovely and helpful host. I’ll be back again next tafe block.

Bloody great to stop after a long hot driving day. Jody the host in regular comms regarding my arrival and her availability. Had the aircon going in my room for my arrival. Legendary Lady.

The Rex is a really nice place to stay. We stayed here for three days. When we arrived, I felt ill. We called Jody and could directly go to the room when she wasn't even there. The rooms are nice and clean and the amenities are good too. Jody is a very easy going person and does a really good job running the Rex! Thankyou very much for the great time!

Stayed here for about three months as I was getting my 88 days for my second year visa. It was comfortable, quiet, and over all a pretty good place. Price was okay.

The Rex was an absolutely fantastic place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we were made at ease. We made some great friends but also had our own privacy. I would highly recommend it if you need a place to stay while visiting Tamworth. Can't complain about the price either.

50 bucks for your own room! Very comfortable. Simple but comprehensive facilities. Friendly owner. I will certainly stay again.
Edit: And then I tried to have a night's sleep. Not possible. The building itself is extremely noisy. Any noise travels right throughout it. Foot stomps, banging doors, snorting, coughing. You can hear it all. Avoid if you're a light sleeper.

It's a simple guest house, affordable and everything you need for a few nights. Jody is wonderfully polite and accommodating. Would stay again in a heart beat. Keep in mind that it is a basic room and shared bathroom and kitchen.

Stayed for a few months when I first moved to town. Very bright place, lots of new furniture, other guests and owner were friendly. Individual or shared rooms, with shared kitchen and bathrooms. Interesting history too.

Jodie.we love you! We are so glad we stayed with you over the Tamworth Country Music Festival time. Your rooms are so well kept and clean and we certainly enjoyed yours & your other occupants wonderful company each day. We will definitely be staying with you next time! You run such a great guest house and have renovated this awesome place from the ground up. Its a real credit to you and be proud of what youve achieved! You will always get your knockers.but if they want a maid and 5 star service then they should p*s off and go to the Hilton! We stayed in a similar place to yours 2 years ago, and oh my lord you'd be 10 star compared to that filthy joint. So nice to have you chill out wirh us on your front porch for a wine or two.you sure did deserve it.cheers
