I had the pleasure of working with Jose and his incredible team at Removal Brothers for a complex, two-home move (with a TON of stairs!). From the get-go, their professionalism shone through. They were quick to respond to all our queries and even took the time to inspect our premises before providing a detailed quote.

On the day of the move, they not only handled our belongings with care but also went above and beyond by supplying extra boxes when we ran out. And the aftercare has been exceptional as well. Weeks after our main move day, they've continued to offer their time and assistance for any additional needs we've had.

Recently I booked The Removal Brothers based in the gold coast for a second time to move the last of my stuff from Ballina to Brisbane after my house sold. Their pricing is very competitive, but I have never encountered such consistently cheerful, enthusiastic workers! Again, they were friendly, happy, understanding, efficient and capable. These guys are polite and they get the job done very well and they listen to instructions. I get them to do all my jobs, and I’m always satisfied. I can usually book them easily without much notice.

These guys are all absolute legends. They don't mess around, they know what they're doing, they get the job done and have such a positive attitude! It's a hard job but they all love being a part of their company and that speaks volumes. I moved from a 2 bedroom into a studio on my own and Juanchi and Jonny have done a stellar job. Such lovely guys with a warm vibe, we got along great, makes the process so much easier. They took the utmost care with all my expensive gear and many many boxes! I will employ them ANY time I move. From the first contact to the last, every single aspect of dealing with The Removal Brothers has been a dream. They made everything so easy under difficult circumstances. They were so joyful, positive and enthusiastic throughout the day that even though moving house is extremely stressful, they kept us smiling. I originally read a review on Bondi Local Loop which is why I contacted them, so very glad I did. Absolutely, the best!

I used Removal Brothers twice in one week. First time Jose, Lucas and another man (sorry can’t remember his name) quickly packed up my place. They were efficient, and friendly.

Second time Juan and Lucas were AMAZING. It was a big job and they took care with all our belongings, and made the job fun and efficient.

These guys saved my move after having another company cancel in me the day of. They were super fast and managed some super tricky & difficult furniture and got everything where it needed to be. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

We did not use these guys for any of their services but we were involved in an accident (no fault of their driver, we were the ones who were in the wrong) with one of their trucks and their driver, Jose.
I am leaving a 5 star review because the way the driver and one of the co owners of the company handled the situation was with complete professionalism but also compassion for our well being. I would 100% use their services based on this experience because if they can show this sort of care towards us for a situation which will impact their business, It tells me that they are just genuine caring people.

These guys are amazing. We've booked twice so far and both experiences were great. The team was very quick and professional. Good communication from José and great value for money. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have used the removal brothers many times over the last couple of years and the team are fantastic. They are so helpful and friendly and took care of all my furniture, wrapping valuable items. They are responsive and resolve any issues really fast. I would highly recommend them and I’m grateful for their service.

Johny and Gio were absolute legends moving our whole apartment down 4 flights of stairs. Prompt, professional and super quick. Will be booking them again to bring everything back in after renovating!

These guys were great and really friendly. A few curve balls with the move, lift not working, couch not fitting in stairs, awkward/difficult washing machine removal and they did it all without complaint and without hesitation.
