The Reject Shop Richmond

Prices & items in the food/drink section is cheap & affordable. This store has so many missing price tags on shelves, has been like this for many years.

The staff here are always happy to help with any questions & offer great service with a smile on their face, thank you

Being honest but I have never had one single problem I usual get great customer service and we don’t even need to talk about how cheap the products are all that said I’m proud to be a savvy shopper

A bit crowded at times with stock.

The new check out line lay out is confusing - feels like you are going out the entrance.

Some floor staff to assist customers would be good.

Good variety of products at good prices.

I’ve been here so often before 8am on weekdays and it RARELY opens at 8. I have to sit here and wait 20 minutes until it opens and it’s a joke honestly. Run the store properly

I love going here because this is where I get my things cheap. Have been looking for a particular toothpaste but kept finding in expensive in the so called big stores but finally got it here with a difference of $7

Love the Reject shop especially this one it's always pretty much organized the isles are clear so you can get down them 9 out 10 times I can get the stock from the catalogue, never have wait to long for a checkout. Fun shopping amongst the wide variety of goods and foodstuffs offered all at a very reasonable price

It's another Reject shop. It's a medium size store, stocks what's in the catalogue. It is inside Richmond Market place about the middle of the complex. It's a little walk from the parking lot either way from the escalator also depends how far from the door you park. For those of you that don't know The Regect shop is a discount shop and sells all types of things, homeware, hardware, toys, some food, gardening stuff, ect.

Good location in middle of centre, wide choice of items but not always the best quality, usually the cheapest option

Generally have what we are after, if you understand what type and quality of products they carry.

Love this shop. So cheap and great quality. I'd be lost without my weekly trip to the Reject Shop.

Great quality products at cheap prices with a huge variety of products to choose from that you would expect from a Discount store and the few times I have been there the staff have always been friendly and go out of their way to help you out.

Had the products that l went in to purchase and the young lady on the register had good customer service overall a pleasant shopping experience

Not a bad pace to shop. Got some really nice side plates and diner plates there. Really cheap too
