I shopped there last Sunday. A young man who told me his name was Noah, couldn't have been more helpful in locating items and checking the quality. The store was busy and I really appreciated Noah giving me a hand. Thank you, your customer service was 5 stars.

They got everything at some time during the year. You go there to buy a birthday card and come home with a sieve and 3 other things and all you spent was 5 bucks.

I love The Reject Shop bcos it has a lot of product available. It it very easy 2 find things in The Reject Shop. The staff members r gr8. It is located on the 1st floor of Rockdale Plaza with plenty of parking available.

No connection between the products and the title of the shop. But you can find things at a cheaper price.

Good for nic-naks like birthday cards, money boxes fake plants, all kinds of stuff. Some nice foods, chips, snacks, Drinks. Things you won't find in supermarkets. Friendly staff there to help find things. Quick service. Cheap! Lots of locations. You'll find all kinds of things you won't find in other shops, unique items for the house. Bargains.

Always very friendly, helpful and energetic staff. The prices constantly shock and amaze, I always leave buying some items.

Store had a lot of stuff, staff at checkout were good however the staff on the floor didn't want to help at all, when asked if they had an item the answer was a flat NO. After a couple more minutes of looking in the areas that should have had the item I eventually found it. Girl I asked definately had an attitude.

I am a regular shopper @ most of the locations! I took a product to the counter as I could see no bin label! (In retail terms no price displayed!) And was told the price which I found incorrect! Due to a sister store had the item cheaper! This store would not phone or email and check on the price I told them! I left the Rockdale store without purchase and will not be coming back! Mind you! Reject shop aren't franchise so products should all be priced the same accordingly! As being in retail for 25 yrs myself!

I needed storage boxes and the area and prices were total mess. When I asked help and complaint about it, worker said that it's messy. He didn't help me. Lol. I have never had that experience before.

Well stocked and clean. Great Xmas decorations etc. Good place for kitchen, pet and gardening as well.

Yesterday, I had the worst experience at The Reject Shop Rockdale. I was finding a Trolleycase and the store attendant said that me she did not help me because her day was busy! She ignored a potential customer because I needed to buy it. However, I decided to buy in a competitor. I hope so I will not go to this store again.

Plenty of products to choose from. Plenty of parking, public transport available. Check out line was ridiculous as I'm partially disable and find it extremely challenging to stand for long periods, I was in a lot of pain by the time I got served. Only one person serving. Otherwise this shop is OK.just not for the likes of me.
