Incredibly supportive psychologists and psychiatrist, and additionally the reception staff are super informed and gentle - a client-oriented business through and through!

The Redleaf Practice has been a blessing. Really excellent practitioners who have made a huge, positive difference in my life. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who thinks they may have an eating disorder.

We saw one of the psychologists Kate Beresford at the practice, she was unbelievably inflexible in her approach to our child and our situation, completely miss read the family dynamics. We found her to be both extremely inexperienced but also very arrogant. We were very disappointed in her behaviour and extremely worried about the impact this would have on our child’s situation. Thankfully we have now found a new psychologist who is extremely experienced and intuitive from a different practice.

I would not send anyone to this practice particularly a child. One of this practice's professionals was extremely young and inexperienced, ignored the greater underlying issue at hand, made my child's conditions considerably worse and assumed from the beginning that the child's issues were all parent related. To make matters worse, they charge nearly $400 per appointment! My best advice is if you have a child with any type of suspected eating disorder, see a professional first ie a psychiatrist for a proper diagnosis and don't rely on this place to help or sort anything out. We were left bitterly disappointed by our entire experience at this place. So pleased we followed our child's advice that she didn't want to go back there.

We had a wonderful experience with our psychologist at The Redleaf Practice. We felt heard and supported during an incredibly stressful time for my family. We would recommend the practice highly to anyone with an eating disorder.

They didn't help my daughter with her anorexia issues. I wasted my money for nothing. They are heartless and incompassionate. All they care is your money! I ended up buying a book called: Treatment Manual for Anorexia Nervosa, by James Lock and Danielle Grange. Excellent book!

We saw Dr Sloane Madden the other day & it couldn't have gone better. Every concern I had was alleviated & his ability to accurately & effectively diagnose the situation in a short time was wonderful. Thankyou

I wouldn't recommend this practice to my worst enemy. We tried three different psychologists and all three were terrible. My children's problems only became worse whilst attending this practice. In the end I felt I had to report one of them for taking two weeks to disclose to me that my daughter was involved in a very dangerous situation. Rather than being supportive, she made me feel like we were bad parents.

This information has resulted in criminal charges against a third party. This is every parent's worst nightmare and this psychologist thought it was appropriate to wait two weeks to tell me!?

The police & their social workers have assured me that I am in no way to blame and were horrified to hear about the behaviour of this psychologist.

Thanks for nothing Redleaf Practice. We are now seeing a great psychologist and are all on the road to recovery.
