Do not recommend using this real estate for leasing your rental property. Our inspection reports always came back glowing, however, we recently changed agents and tenants gave 2 weeks notice to move out as the agents changed hands. We went to inspect after they vacated and have found holes in the walls, some that have been patched and not painted, ripped fly screens, loose door handles on most doors, missing lights and overgrown garden. No permission was sought after to install a baby gate where part of it has been left and not patched and other wall hangings, wooden stairs have been damaged and all the polyurethane cupboards have stickers all over them. I feel sorry for our new agent that is now having to rectify all the damage. The tenants were also behind in their rent with no attempt to rectify. For the high 6.6% fees we were paying, we expected more from this agent! We are up for thousands of $ in damages not including the loss of rent.

Completely unprofessional firm, that live up to the stereotypical real estate agent sliminess.

We lived in a rental property for 3 years, taking good care of the place, we gave 2 months notice prior to leaving and were given a final bill, only for them to send us a bill for a further weeks rent and a claim made against the bond on the same day for the same amount a week after we had left. Shayla and the rental department are completely unprofessional, rude and unethical.

The rental market is difficult at the moment, but beware of this firm, they will do nothing to look out for you as tenants.

The reality group has been such a pleasure to deal with in the seven years we were renting a property from them. They are thorough, friendly, prompt and we couldn’t have asked for an easier process.

Flavia was beyond great in assisting us with finding our home! Highly recommended the Realty Group Macarthur.

Communication is non existence. I inspected a house that was available for rent the lady that showed the property was friendly and lovely she represented the company well. BUT after that the service was terrible I have rang up so many times to see how my application went and I received the run about "your application is with the property manager, your application is with the owner, you will get a call back today about your application" its 12 days later no phone call back at all the house is still available for rent and their has been some more showing of the property. I have a 99%perfect rental ledger and rental references full-time employed but still no answer the house has been vacant now for 2 weeks if it was my property I would be annoyed.
UPDATE: I have received a phone call this morning from the property manager she was very apologetic about the lack of communication and she took ownership of this. It was explained to me what had happened and been the reason she had not contacted me back which I believe was an honest mistake.
