We rented with Ray White for just over a year. We had a few very minor issues with the property we rented and they were always addressed very quickly. Can't fault them at all. I think they are a great real estate to be with. Our property manager was Glenys and she was lovely.

The only problem I had is with the handyman (more like a con man) they use. When we moved out we didn't realise that lights over the spare bathroom mirror were blown (otherwise we would have replaced them). The main light was still working and it was light inside (the spare bathroom was hardly used as we always used ensuite).
We paid the agency approved cleaner to do end of lease clean (as we have a little bub now and no time to clean), even steam cleaned the carpets in high traffic areas trying to do the right thing.just to be stung with $185 bill at the end to replace the lights in the bathroom. ($165 for 'labour and service' and $20 for materials). For 5 minute job. I voiced my surprice (more like a shock) after seeing the invoice but was told that 'tradies charge per hour'. I can tell you that no tradies charge $165 an hour. To change the light bulbs. Absolute rip off and really leaves bad taste in my mouth. Can't believe they can get away with charging so much. I ended up sending 'the handyman' an email asking how does he justify charging so much. I am yet to hear back. Of course you need to pay. The real estate is holding your bond hostage. Real shame.
All I can say is make sure you replace all the blown lights at the property when you move out, check and double check they all work as the mistake can be very costly indeed.

It has been an absolute pleasure renting from RW Lower North Shore. Rebecca and her team have been exceptionally professional, friendly, approachable, and responsive with all maintenance requests and administrative processes. I would go out of my way to rent or buy from RW Lower North Shore in the future.
