Called the Company for a semi- emergency. Jack was at my home within 45 minutes.
Fixed the problem and explained what the issue was. Showed me the replacement parts and advised the price before starting the rectification. Well done Jack. A very pleasant, well presented young man who removed his workboots without asking at the door and introduced himself to my dog to reassure her he was friendly. Very happy with this Company and would certainly call them again if the need arises.

These guys were on time, professional, with no unexpected costs, like a call-out fee and very helpful. Would use them again and definitely recommend them

Daimon came out to provide us with an upfront quote to install new toilets in our bathrooms and move a garden tap in our backyard. From the get go he was super friendly and polite. The work was done straight away and to a high standard. Very happy with the service.

Good communication, friendly staff, needed replacement of hot water service which they had in stock to retrieve and fit same day. Couldn’t initially book in until the next day but no one could in the area. Happy to have our hot showers back!

Spoke with Justin over the phone to book and Darcy came out to do the work. Both were friendly, polite and professional.
Darcy explained what the issues were and what the options were for me. Work was quality, completed quickly and he cleaned up after himself.

The quick response time to arrive, investigate and repair the blockage was outstanding. Harry was very professional and very knowledgeable explaining what he was looking at and doing through the camera.

We had to call an after hours plumber and unlike some of the others we tried the plumbing life saver was able to confirm they could attend straight away and arrived in less than a hour of placing the call. The price was extremely fair and job was done quickly.

I asked for what I thought I needed which was pretty expensive, the Plumbing life saver told me he could do what I asked but he suggested cheaper more efficient alternatives. Great bloke, really easy to deal with. I felt that he was very honest and upfront. Definitely recommended

We called The Plumbing Life Saver at 07: 30 this morning, after our hot water was becoming increasingly cooler over the last couple of days. James was great as a first contact.
He organised Ben, to attend, who was able to troubleshoot, and fix the burnt out wiring, element, and thermostat on the spot. All was done by 15: 30 the same day (on a Saturday too!).

We would highly recommend this service
