Sam and Joel are some of the most down to earth, non-judgmental and approachable coaches you’ll ever meet.

I love how they focus on making fitness simple, yet effective and their online training program is honestly amazing.

I want to thank them for helping me with form, back injuries and giving me no bs advice. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone starting out or wanting to get back into training:)

Sam and Joel are awesome! They have a great depth of knowledge and experience about health, fitness and how to help others be on the right path. They help you have the right expectations of yourself and your own body as well as seeing results.
It is a great community of people that train here. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get fit, stay fit, live a healthy and active lifestyle!

I began my journey with The People's Gym in October 2022. From my initial contact with Sam, right up to current day, I've felt I made the right decision in attending this gym. Sam has been helpful in my journey by understanding my specific needs and being flexible and accomodating with my schedule. He is encouraging and supportive with my goals, no matter how small they seem. I have gained confidence in my abilities and am seeing results in my strength, balance and stamina. This gym is a comfortable, supportive environment, and I would strongly encourage anyone to give them a go. Thanks team TPG.

Fantastic team of Sam and Joel, great techniques for one who has had multiple surgeries after having had cancer. Great way to get fit and build strength in a small group of like-minded individuals.

Sam and Joel are great. I've been working with them since September 2022 and feel stronger, more flexible and motivated to improve. I really enjoy the tribe classes and their personal approach to training. Highly recommended

Excellent personal training. My experience with People Gym has been extremely wonderful. I would recommend People Gym to all kids who are playing any Competitive Sport. My special thanks to Sam and Cam who chalked out a plan specifically based on our requirement and it’s working really well. It’s been 4 months and we can see massive performance improvement.

I have my own gym equipment at home but came to the peoples gym to make sure I'm doing everything properly. Booked 5 sessions with Sam and and super pleased. Form is definitly improving. Highly recommend Sam and TPG!

What I love about this gym is the focus on people and personalise training. Small gym with real heart, tailored for individuals to meet their goals either solo or in small groups.

The team of Sam and Joel take care and time to ensure your workout week is well planned in an easy to follow app, offering good flexibility to come to the gym or workout from home.

Highly recommend trying out if your looking to get back to fit and don't want the big gym vibe.

Finally a gym that works for me!

I am now working out with The People’s Gym for about two months, I can feel the strength in my daily life. Sam and Joel are absolutely fantastic! Subject matter experts, supportive and very encouraging! They know how to keep you motivated without stressing. The community is great, too. A mix of all age groups and abilities. Personal coaching at its best. (The music played at the gym is a bonus) Try this local business if you are looking for quality fitness sessions

I can feel stronger and can walk uphill better can before
Improving posture standing walking and siting (still in progress)
Glad I am working with this amazing people as they are good and they listen and they see and even compassionate when I need and can push me when I need it

The only regret I have is not training with Sam sooner. I put it off due to injury and inflammation, but thankfully Sam kept following me up until I said 'Screw it, I'm in! ' I love everything about the online program I'm following. I've hit deadlift PB's I've never hit before. I have a different mindset about it all and it is extremely healing to train with more strength and power again after a few months of being in a lull. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and he makes training exciting again. I couldn't rave about TPG highly enough. Thanks, legends. You're invaluable.

Highly recommend The People’s Gym to anyone wanting quality personal or small group training. Sam and Joel have worked with me to develop a program suited to my specific needs following major knee surgeries. They have supported me through as I’ve journeyed from pain and limited movement, to increasing range, strength and stability and working towards complete pain free movements.
Sam has worked alongside my physio to make sure to accommodate his work into my program. He’s adjusted my workouts when needed, with the philosophy that there is always some form of movement you can do, even when certain limbs/joints are out of action!
Sam and Joel are top-notch blokes, always down for some good banter, and the entire crew who trains with them are great company. As a group, we follow each other’s progress and support everyone’s wins and PB’s.
There’s no “one size fits all” mentality here, just a passion to walk with people towards their specific goals, viewing everyone as a whole person, and not just the numbers we can lift or loose.
The People’s gym is perfect for those wanting personalised programming, professional knowledge and accountability without the big-box gym.

Highly recommend TPGs services.
I am currently doing their strength and hypertrophy online program and am thoroughly enjoying it, particularly the foundational and prep work which has done wonders for my wrists. Feedback is so fast and helpful too.
I have recommended a couple family members, I believe they are some of the very best at helping individuals at any skill level.

I am loving being part of The People’s Gym. Their ability to listen to the clients’ needs and particular situation is refreshing compared to many of the cookie-cutter gym approaches.

I have found that being part of the ‘Build At Home’ programme has allowed me the flexibility to fit my workouts into and around my lifestyle and are designed to use equipment I have around the home (eg back steps and coffee tables) to workout with.

Being a more mature lady, my upper body strength was lacking and my overall fitness wasn’t great. I have found myself becoming stronger and able to move my body better since starting with TPG.

The support that the coaches give is fantastic and their feedback is constructive and helpful.

I love what the People’s Gym are doing and how they are highly client focused and all about healthy living and strong bodies for the long game.

Great gym! I've been training with Sam for years and truly value his knowledge and advice. Sam and Joel have really helped me over the last year or so to improve my mobility and strength, and have taught me things that I never would have known or thought of. Great value for money too, highly recommend.

These guys are the reason I go to the gym. Sam And Joel are very encouraging and always put in the time to answer my questions and make sure I’m doing the Exercises right. They have plenty of programs and are continually dropping more. Very good.
