The Peak residential apartment building at Haymarket Sydney is NOT owned by Sri Lankan politicians. It has multiple individual independent owners, and is unique in the city due to the enormous size of the podium upon which it stands, separating it from surounding building and allowing facilities only almost matched by those of the twin Eastgarden towers at Bondi Junction. The Peak has been for a decade now, and is still currently well-run, in part due to an active owner-occupier component. With Market Square and Paddy's Market in the podoum, and all else around or easily accesible, its a very homely environment
