The Park Hotel Motel

Great place to stay and good service.there is a great pub next door.and there is a bakery food shop for all of your needs.a chemist and everything you need just in a small area and very close by there is an amazing beach.

We stayed for 2 days at the motel, the room was/is clean
The pillows and bed are comfortable
Has a little kitchen microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge
The bistro was good big area the food was great breakfast and dinner
The motel is near the pub and the pub gets extremely busy. We did not hear any noise from the pub from our room which was fantastic
The staff are friendly and always happy to help
A short walk to the beach
Would I return YES!

Had a few quiet schooners here over the last couple of months. I rate the tap beer highly. Staff aren’t too bad. Some very friendly, some not so much. Enjoyed meeting the locals and although I haven’t eaten there yet, the restaurant seems busy and the food looks good at a reasonable price. I like the joint

On my previous holidays to Suffolk Park the Park Pub has been a relaxing place to enjoy a drink at the end the day. Now it is frequented by some very loud patrons whom the Pub staff let run riot. Not recommend for a relaxing drink.

Staying at caravan park so dropped in for a quick bite. Place was packed. Snitty was freshly made and vegetables were delicious. Highly recommend.

Due to how well the manager handled my complaint and rectified my issue straight away.

Today I ordered some lunch, which was absolutely delicious. I head back up to the bistro counter to ask about the price of a meal my partner had purchased. I am not usually one to complain about a couple of dollars, but thought I might double check, just in case the girl serving had made a mistake. I felt the staff member serving me responded inappropriately when questioned about the prices on the menu.

Once I advised the manger of the price problem, she gave me a refund and spoke to the staff member immediately.

I will definitely go back there to eat again.

Solid local pub complete with good pub fare, friendly staff, and all the cold beer you can drink. They have some great weekly specials and a there’s usually some live music or at least a solid crowd in there.

Janet and the team at The Park are simply the best we have ever come accross. My family and I were one of the thousands of people who found themselves stranded in the Feb 2022 floods. I called Janet in a state of absolute panic after getting stranded on a highway bridge just out of Byron Bay. Our previous hosts had been less than helpful so speaking to someone as kind, compassionate and helpful as Janet was music to my ears. She not only provided two beautiful, clean rooms but also assured us they were ours for as long as we needed them. Janet also took in families who had lost everything in the flood, and rallied together food and other essentials so they didn’t have to think about the basics for a time. All this when her own immediate family lost their home in flood waters at Ballina. Her strength and compassion was incredible, and her kindness won’t be forgotten. We will be only staying at The Park from now on. So much better than anything Byron has to offer.

Staff all talking behind the bar, I stood infront of them for several minutes before 1 person acknowledged my presence.

As for the T-bone. 1/3 of it was inedible, I found myself embarrassingly removing non chewable pieces from my mouth throughout the entire meal.
Salad with my steak was amazing and fresh.

Bar staff were lovely however Bistro staff was another story. There were not at all interactive and the waitress asked if it was my meal then put it across from me when I said yes. Also can’t eat at smokers tables yet the tables you can eat at are right beside the smokers table.

Best place for a casual date night! The staff are so lovely, the food is always great and the deck is so cozy with the heaters in the colder winter months.

We went for lunch at the pub. It was probably one of the best meals I've ever had at a pub. Had the Suffo Squid Caesar Salad which was outstanding! So much of everything, and so fresh. Just beautiful and priced at only $20. Look forward to returning for another meal in the not too distant future. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended- super sweet stuff and managment, absolutely great food, great coffee, and great vibes also have super cool live musicians playing there every week!

Worst food I ever had.we were hungry and couldn’t even eat it.we had chicken burgers and chips.how hard is that too make.it was so dry it was like chewing carpet.dirty terrible place.stay away.

Really loud. The steak wasn't good. General lack of flavour and ordinary salads. The bar had alcohol which saved the day

The food is amazing! Ordered the ceaser salad and it was the best salad I have ever had. Chicken was perfect and the sauce was on point! Good price too. My family also enjoyed the burgers and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. 5/5 stars.

Zero.thought i was in the deep south of the USA.when i walked into this red necked pub. Do your self a favour, dont spend a dollar in this place
