I’ve been at Outdoor Squad for a few months now and what a difference it has made! Nick is great at motivating you to go one step further backed up by teaching technique for weight training so it is effective. The mix of classes is excellent and I enjoy that there is cardio combined with weights for all levels. And the music is fun too!

Never thought I’d be one to enjoy a bootcamp but here I am! I was apprehensive to exercise after having my first baby but decided to give it a go. Nick was understanding and pushed me while being kind and reassuring. I’m so glad I gave it a go - it’s been great.

Super fun outdoor class! Community based, with a multitude of different programs and classes going on every day. Everyone is fun and interactive and the coaches makes it feel like it’s one on one personal training within the group atmosphere

The Outdoor Squad Boot Camp is absolutely fantastic! The trainers are exceptional, providing unmatched motivation and expertise. The outdoor setting brings a unique and invigorating dimension to the workouts, and the sense of community among participants is outstanding. Love outdoor squad! Why work out in a smelly gym when you can train in the fresh air, with great trainers and a friendly vibe. With a great variety of workouts to keep you motivated, (I especially love the boxing) I have never once regretted getting out of bed to attend a training session!

I've really enjoyed the workouts with the Outdoor Squad Boot Camp. The instructors are great. Exercising outdoors with others is much more fun than the gym. I definitely recommend it.

Outdoor Squad has a great range of classes which change each week, Nick keeps us all motivated and challenged. Its a really fun environment to train with great people, its the best way to start any day!

I've been a group fitness instructor for more than a decade but wanted, rather needed, more.then I found Nick at The Outdoor Squad. I signed up for the free 3 day trial and thought - "what have I got to lose? " Apparently a lot! I realised I'd been slacking off for quite some time, concerned high intensity exercise would flare up preexisting injuries etc.and making excuses (wine? !) I was so wrong. Nick's technique and coaching has helped me in just three days, and now I have a membership. I want motivation, accountability and real results, without destroying my body. This guy is not after your money, he genuinely cares; even organising me with a kettle bell (which I can't believe I haven't had until now!) Thanks Nick!

I joined the Outdoor Squad because I wanted to introduce more variety into my workout routine. I was getting bored doing the same YouTube videos indoors. Since joining I feel more motivated, stronger and it's a lot more fun (Thanks Nick!). Each class is entirely different and challenging in its own way. I'm also loving the fresh air!

I joined The Outdoor Squad just over 6 months ago. I love it! It's a fantastic way to start the day (love seeing the sunrise too) - always challenging, great camaraderie and loads of variety. Never do the same thing twice which keeps things interesting. No matter how tough it gets Nick and the team make you feel welcome, keep you motivated and smiling. I'm amazed at how quickly my fitness has improved after turning up consistently 2-3 times per week. Best fitness decision I've made in a long time! Thanks Nick.

I have been working out with The Outdoor Squad for over a year now and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting solid, fun and social workouts.

Nick is awesome at motivating everyone, and pushing us just the right amount, as well as putting in the effort in planning each of the sessions, ensuring that every workout is unique!

I've been training with the Outdoor Squad - Inner West in Redfern for a while now, and it's a really friendly bunch of trainers and attendees. The morning classes are challenging but adaptable to varying fitness levels and there is plenty of variety.cardio, body weight exercises, kettle bells, strength, endurance, core, flexibility.all depends on which session you attend. Sometimes it's a struggle to wake up early (especially in winter) but it's definitely worth it and gets the day off to a great start. Thanks Nick, Cat, Sam, Eddie and the rest of the gang!

I’ve been training with The Outdoor Squad for the past few months and can highly recommend them. The location near Camperdown Oval is perfect and it makes such a difference to train outside. After years of joining gyms, but finding it difficult to maintain motivation, I’ve come to see that training outdoors makes all the difference! There are a variety of classes on offer (cardio, strength ’n’ tone and boxing) and every session is different. Nick and the other trainers are friendly, supportive and brilliant at keeping everyone motivated. I never regret the early morning wake-up after the session is over and these workouts always give me energy for the rest of the day.

I've been doing the Outdoor Squad for a few months now and love it. Each class is different, all the trainers are great and everyone is super friendly. Great vibes, and challenging but fun work outs. I didn't think an hour of exercise could go by so quickly!

I joined up to help maintain my fitness during the rugby offseason and the sessions have certainly helped me to do just that. The variety has been great, atmosphere friendly, and Nick was great at helping adapt sessions when I was carrying an injury so that I was still getting the most from them. The other trainers also provide high quality sessions and I’ve got a lot out of my time with them and the other participants. Definitely worth the early mornings!

I’ve tried lots of different group exercise programs in the past but this is the only one I’ve stuck at. It’s got a great mix of exercises so you don’t get bored, you get pushed to your natural limit and manage to have a laugh most sessions. Nick does an awesome job of making what you’d think is a painful exercise experience open, simple and accessible so that it becomes a great way to start the day. Can’t recommend it enough!

One of the best team training gyms around. Got sick of training indoors and in F45 office suite set-ups surrounded by TVs. Stumbled onto Nick and team, and have not looked back. Nothing quite like training as the sun rises or sets on the horizon beyond the tennis courts. Nick and team manage to balance a fun and relaxed environment/community with physically demanding classes and accountability check-ins when you miss a few days. Classes vary day to day from boxing to cardio to strength, with morning and evening options Mon-Sat at Camperdown and Redfern sites. The various plans also allow flexibility with how many classes you take each week. If you want a challenging yet supportive training environment with fresh air and the odd Seinfeld quote thrown in, Outdoor squad is for you.
