The Other Side - Garden Construction Maintenance Services Sydney

I came to know Gavin and Adrian from my friend who used their services 6 years ago. My friend's house is in Kellyville and in Arnold Avenue. If you ever pass by this street you can see number 100 Arnold Avenue and you will see a great works left behind by Ecodesign.

I have always admired my friend's landscape so I asked her for the phone number of Adrian and that was how it started.

So I bought a piece of land in North Kellyville and I met Gavin, the architecture who is very patient and caring who worked with my husband and I from 2020 pre COVID until today (you would know how COVID affect the house building time).

You can always drive by my house to see their great work. It is easier to see to believe, than to hear what I say.

I will certainly miss them, Gavin, Adrian, Mitch, the concreters, bricklayers, interns. I appreciate all of their effort and dedication to my house at 51 Rosenfeld Avenue North Kellyville NSW 2155.

I am a lawyer and I am a person who has so many 'in particular ' things in mind. But Gavin and Mitch can make it happen beyond my expectations.

I think if you care too much about the price, you might just have a so so services and landscape. I think their price is not cheap but not expensive either. I think all of staff do not just work to be paid but they use their kind and whole heart to work for the best results for their clients. I can feel so much care from them.

Gavin, thanks so much for your patience and it has been nice working with you for several years. What's an experience. Building a house in COVID time is hard, but you completed the landscape with high note. All of passers by pretty much look at my house whenever they pass by. Just to show how much people love your work.

Ps: I still wait for a fence and some pebles for front yard and I will update better photo of my house later.

Adrian provided the design for our landscape and swimming pool working in close collaboration with our architects and the builders. Adrian and his team provided great detail in our landscape documentation for the whole of our property. We received very thorough garden planning, lighting design and design for our swimming pool.

Adrian’s team was then contracted to deliver the construction and installation of all aspects for the pool, gardens and landscapes. The level of quality and service provided was exceptional and on par with my architects and builders, ensuring our new home, pool and landscapes were integrated and flowed seamlessly from inside to out.

We continue to receive compliments on our pool and landscapes which is also a testament to Adrian’s maintenance team. I would also like to congratulate the team at The Other Side for receiving the following awards. "2019 Landscape Excellence Awards in the category, Residential Construction Over $600,00". & "Awards of Excellence 2020 in the category, Pool Landscape Design". Great team work!
