The Oranges Toolkit

I’ve attended the course Oranges Toolkit as a work activity and it was just amazing what I have learned about myself. We were given lots of information and guidance how to become a better person and increase skills and mindset.
I can highly recommend this course.

Our HR team organised this training and it was very much appreciated. While much of the information is intuitive, if you're like me and often forget or overlook the basics when overwhelmed, this course is for you. I found the workbook activities particularly helpful at taking stock and visualising where I needed to focus my efforts.

Our team has just completed the Oranges flagship program and it was such a joy! Being given the space to reflect on my strengths and emotions both for work and personally has had real impact on my motivation and perspective. Genuinely enlightening and enjoyable and it was so great to engage with people in my team that I don’t usually get to spend time with. 10/10!

An incredible program that enables you to take a good, honest look at yourself and the way you see things. Would highly recommend to anyone for both work and personal life use!

I was lucky enough to take part in this training through my work. I found it really insightful and will definitely help me refine & refresh my skills as a leader. Learning about Optimism and Resilience is so present in this current market and I got a lot of take-aways from the training.

Oranges is the course that I would recommend to everyone. It is something very useful/helpful not just for work but personal life too. You will get so much out of it, and you will have fun doing it. Tegan was amazing presenter, very engaging, knowledgeable, and you can tell that she loves what she does. She is very passionate about it hence why people really enjoy doing the course. Plus, you also get to play with Lego too. Absolutely loved it.

Tegan ran a brilliant, collaborative and such a well threaded and developed training for our workplace.
It felt psychologically safe, open to several varied insights and I came out with a bucket of strategies I’d love to try implement into my day to day. I got loads out of this - would encourage for any other workplaces. What a great organisation
