I have been here for a couple of times now for remedial massage and I had a great massage every time. I am very picky with massage and I am glad I found a place who does it so well. They hit the right spots with the right pressure to release tension. At the same time they make sure it's still relaxing. Professional and friendly service.

With an easy to use online booking system, the attention to detail here is so good. We booked a couples massage here but wanted different things - my husband had the 90 mins Thai massage and I had the 30 mins remedial massage, and we both had the 30 min foot spa. Eddy made sure everything ran smoothly and we enjoyed our foot spa together after the massages.
All of our services were great, as was the communication in the lead up to our appointments.
They have a loyalty card where you get free services after a certain number of massages.

Terrible & won't be back. Booked 2 hour massage + scrub. Massage started 10 mins late with no apology or explanation. Hardly any scrub used - checked later and it was the last of the tub (maybe they couldn't afford to buy anymore). Shower was small and not clean and robes old and didn't fit. Then it finished 30 mins early. I was charged for the full 2 hour massage + scrub and when I asked the therapist said he didn't feel like doing the whole thing so cut it short without telling me. I had to argue for getting any kind of refund and then it was no where near the full 30 mins I was ripped off. I also asked for an invoice for the massage to claim and he promised to email but it hasn't turned up. I don't expect it to. Overall a terrible experience. My advice - don't go here - find somewhere else.

Been there twice. And I will not go back again. It wasn’t good and wasn’t cheap. During the massage, the whole time, I was thinking I should’ve massaged myself with my massage gun at home.

It was more like rubbing my back. Didn’t get my sore spots, and the strength wasn’t right. No stretch in the end.

This store has clean environment, relaxing music and friendly staff. The massage skills are authentic and consistent among several therapists I’ve tried.

Very professional with excellent massage. Good firm pressure & got all knots. Normally go to another place but will consider returning to this one as I felt more valued. Would really like an online booking system though. I initially tried to email but got no reply, although it was very last minute.

Eddy and everyone else I’ve had were very professional and well trained. They know exactly what I needed! I have tension headache and I’m feeling so much better with regular sessions with them. Highly recommended.
