The professionals they have just keep getting better and better each time I come! My husband and I absolutely love coming to this place:)

It used to be a good Thai massage center. I used to frequent this massage center often when I resided in Strathfield at The Boulevard, despite the relatively high rate (i.e, $97 for a 1-hour massage).

Even after relocating, I continued to visit Strathfield because I was obsessed with their high massage standards.

A few months ago, I went there for a remedial massage, and the massage therapist did a terrible job. I chose to ignore it at that time. However, last week I visited again for a 1-hour remedial massage, and it was a nightmare. The massage standards had significantly dropped. The therapist only performed compressions with her hands, some rubbing, and applied oil – that's it. It felt like a complete waste of money.

Don't be fooled, my first past experience, very bad service! Masseuse action is very slow, very not professional, completely no strength, an hour is the masseuse is very lazy, very perfunctory, and finally use a cold towel very perfunctory wipe the body, advised everyone not to experience this massage, too bad! One hour my body can't relax at all, I feel sick! If the masseuse is not professional, the shop owner can make me wait or change the time, and should not provide very poor service in order to make money！I went your store yesterday, and Judy is not my real name that’s why you cannot find my details. I told your staff to make harder while she did not listen and care my feeling. This towel isn't even hot, and the masseur didn't ask me if the temperature was okay? The cold towel very perfunctory gently wipe my body, this time the service is really bad! I'm not wrong. It's your store

Some of the best massages I've had! Consistency in great service and being reasonably priced is what keeps me coming back.

Friendly and professional. Good environment. My first time using message stones and loved it.

Completely dependent on the therapist you get…. They have amazing talent but once in a while I get inexperienced therapist which ruins the experience.

Very poor service what I have got here.press with elbow was too long and stalled the time. I used to go many massage shops and this shop as well. I can see their service quality is getting low. I wanted to give one star for service quality but don't know about other massagers so leave it as 2 star. 3 months after, i went again, the details are a bit disappointing but thats okay

I had to get a second one, and if you go there show some respect for these ladies (Check out my photo, you'll see what I mean) they are courteous, professional and amazing at their job.

I feel rejuvenated after the full body hot stone massage today. DeeDee is an exceptionally good masseuse. Also, they were so kind, hygienic & professional. I'm so coming back here.

Went today and massage was really poor. Too much pressure immediately and I had to frequently make directions and suggestions. Also expensive $90 for 1 hour massage with oil.

Place used to be great but maybe new ownership. Overpriced and under delivered. Will not be back

Was lucky enough to have a deep tissue massage done by Deedy today. Her exceptional accuracy and great feel for knots help alleviate my really tight/painful shoulders and neck. She put in her full effort for the hour too. Thank you for your help Deedy!

Finally found someone I can go to again and again.

From other occasions, other masseuses here are also generally great too.

Friendly staff and service. I got the deep tissue massage for 60 minutes. Very relaxing massage but didn't feel like we got anywhere substantial in terms of muscle release. I'm probably more of the extreme case of wanting "tenderising a slab of meat"-level of hardness as it related to my back, traps and shoulders. Would potentially come back to see how hard the dry Thai massage option is.

Although it was my first time for a massage experience, staff made me very comfortable and relaxed. After the massage, my body was light and smooth so that I booked it again. In addition, staffs were kind and friendly. I think they are such good experts.

Always get a great massage here. The facilities are clean and private and I find it simple to book in same day for a massage. Highly recommend!
