The worst customer service ever! I make a booking for today and for two people and the person who just send me the message to cancel my appointment because they double booking!

A young girl, the service is very bad and careless, the massage does not feel soothing, So unprofessional, I won’t want to come back again

First time using their services here.
I enjoyed the massage the lady gave me, she was so caring and constantly checking on me if I was comfortable or the pressure was not too hard.
As it’s say don’t judge a book by it’s cover well I prepared to expect a bad experience but I was melting on the warm bed.
I would definitely come back and I would definitely recommend this beautiful lady, whose name are Goolagong and Annza.
I really enjoyed their massage.

Came here for the first time and the lady that massaged me was good she got all the knots out of my back and shoulders. She was very friendly and was asking if the pressure was ok. If in Burwood I recommend this place.

Long time customer, but first time reviewer. I’ve had a very painful muscle in my neck for a couple of weeks that I just couldn’t seem to stretch out. I finally decided to get a remedial massage to see if they could fix it – next stop being the doctor. But one massage and the pain is completely gone! These guys are great:)

A little hit and miss to be honest. Sometimes it is great and sometimes they use too much elbow and a little too much talking throughout the massage.

The place is not bad At all. Also not great. I’ve been a few times and each time someone is talking very loud whether it’s customers or staff. Also they should have a no ringtone policy and a whisper policy.
The masseuses are hit and miss but over all not bad.they don’t have competition in the area.

Have been going to this place for over a year and each time I get a wonderful massage. The place is lovely and always spotless. Great for couples massage. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Old Siam for over 4 years now. The massages and atmosphere has always been so great which is why I continually return. Tonight I booked in at 7pm for an hour oil massage & WOW the massage therapist I had was amazing. The massage was such strong & on point. Extremely healing. Thankyou!

I requested the traditional (dry, no oil) Thai massage however the massage I received did not involve any stretching or 'yoga'. The masseuse spent longer on one side of my back and did not even massage my lower body. Horrible. Worst massage I've received.

My best friend and I always make it a routine whenever I see them to get a massage or spa day together. Just before lockdown we came to this place and it was great. Never tried hot stones before so that was a new experience and the staff were so nice I almost fell asleep.

I paid $90 for a 1 hour oil massage last night which is far more than I've ever paid before anywhere else. The lady left me about 5 different occasions to answer the front door or to answer the phone, leaving me cold for about 1 minute each time. I lost at least 5 minutes as the 1 hour was not extended at all. Not good enough and really disappointed as my first massage after lockdown.

I had a 90mins full body massage and body scrub. Very relaxing and so refreshing. Looking forward for the next one. Thank you.

Service is always friendly and professional. They always hit the right spots and do an amazing job. Phone calls can be disruptive at times though

Amazing! Had a great first experience here on the weekend. Had a great massage and a nice hot tea afterwards. The place is so clean and beautiful and I felt so relaxed. I am very fussy with massages and I cannot thank them enough for squeezing me in last minute.
