Every time I enjoy delicious meal, special atmosphere and very friendly staff. 1.5 hours on the road is not so much for such pleasure

A rambling outdoor cafe with an eclectic mix of tables, chairs, plants and artworks. A relaxed casual atmosphere.
Smoothie was delicious.

Nice spot with great ambience. Food was OK. But biggest issue was waiting 50 minutes for food because they completely forgot our order. Double shame that they didn’t own up to it.

Great menu that satisfies both meatlovers and vegans, and offers gluten-free options too. Bread quality is ab-fab. The garden is amazing too, having your well deserved lunch surrounded by lush greenery, the occasional art objects listening to the sounds of the creek below. The owners put heart and soul in every aspect of this cafe. So you should not pass by this cafe while visiting Nimbin.

A pretty spot and well worth a visit. I ordered the wrong meal for my palate so I won't comment on the food. I did take note that it is probably a bit pricey for my budget but given my subjective opinions I recommend that you ignore these and go along and relax.

We had a light lunch with friends at the Bush Theatre recently & it was just delicious, along with great freshly squeezed juices & frappes. The outdoor area is looking fantastic having undergone a transformation in recent months.
Its well & truly worth the visit along with the candle factory next door.

What a great little find! We had the most beautiful roasted veg soup with local sourdough and the freshest sandwiches. A must stop if you're in the area.

Have come here multiple times, love this place. Extremely excellent barista coffee and incredible seasonal food, lots from the garden. Fresh, local and delicious.
Best homemade hand cut potato chips I've ever had, tastes like real potatoes.
Some vegan options, though I wish there was more to choose from.
Great place to come with kids as there is a little playground and swing, beautiful and relaxing bush setting with river views. Great for bigger groups as well.

Ok, so the best cafe in Australia!

Wow! The service was the best i have had since the 90's! I hardly had to make a decision, the beautiful person who was serving me knew what i needed, and could see i needed a bit of guidance. Intuitive customer service.

The food was made with a high vibrational energy, and that was conveyed into the meals.

Everything was more than i expected. So epic! Thankyou, thankyou thankyou!?

My favorites this season based solely off scent and nothing to do with how they grow:

Willy G’s Lebanese - super duper lemon zesty. Like crazy amounts of limonene. If you like lemon sorbet this is for you. Since I love that clean citrus scent I love the smell of this. In fact I am kind of blown away.

Purple Punch - it smells sweet and funky but it’s the amount of smell that wins you over. It’s incredibly fragrant. So much so that it feels like your eating it when you smell it. It’s definitely a punch in the face. Just tons and tons of terps

Forbidden Fruit - similar to purple punch but it has a slightly sweeter aroma and also a little bit of zestiness. It reminds me of ripened mango cut with limes.

Gelato #33 - very sweet and zesty. Very sugary. Nice sweet smell like cream and candy.

79 OG - this cut was given to me from a guy who lives on a mountain with some very big trees growing on it. He has been at it for over 40 years. Him and his network have preserved this genetic since 1979 supposedly. It smells like the perfect OG. Nice and dank but also sweet and effervescent. There is a reason people love true OG’s. This plant is my reason.

Tahoe OG - same thing. It’s similar to the 79 OG. Such a different looking plant but you can see the similarities in terpene profile.

Things I have grown in the past that are amazing:

3rd Dimension - not a commercial crop easily so good luck finding this but if you do get it. It’s like eating a freshly made ice-cream that was home made with real vanilla and cream. If you have never had home made real churned ice cream you just don't know.

Dairy Queen - this is like an aromatic tsunami. Incredibly aromatic and oh so good. Fruity but zesty but sweet…it’s perfect.

Skywalker OG - I had a rare pheno of this that was limonene dominant. I love that lemon scent. That’s the thing with all I am writing here. The skywalker OG that I have may not be the same one you get and on top of that yours may smell very differently because of how it was grown.

Venom OG - beautiful plant, nice sweet and zesty smell

Mango OG - worth getting your hands on if you can. Unique smell. It’s sweet but subdued with hints of fresh fruit.

AK-47 - I love growing this for the scent. It’s been a while though. I would say it smelled like fresh cut pine mixed with sweet cherries. I really like that clean smell.

Notice how I am not naming any diesels? I love blazing diesels for their effects but it’s not my favorite scent.i am growing three different diesel crosses right now by equilibrium seeds. I love growing them but that super strong diesel scent plays tricks on my brain. Makes me think of Ram trucks and heavy machinery while I am staring at the beautiful organic plant.

The process of getting to know what you like is kinda like trying a lot of beers or wines. You can start to get an idea of what you like and go from there honing in on and developing your palette. Everyone is different. The housemate keeps coming home with GMO cookies and I think it’s a nasty smell but boy if the effect isn’t one of the best I have ever had…so enjoy the process of getting to know all these terpenes and their effects.

A very peaceful, friendly & beautiful location less than 3 mins from the town center, opposite the amazing Nimbin Candles. The cafe is surrounded by a bio-dynamic & lush garden.
The menu offers yummy, fresh, local & seasonal produce. Paired with an array of delicious, specialty drinks & the best coffee in the town!
It is situated on the creek bank, where you can be sure to see a diverse range of animal species. A very special place to unwind and enjoy the nature of Nimbin.
