Very difficult to deal with and to start business with. They require for you to do the whole work before they start printing. With others you can just send them a file. These guys let you do the work instead of them doing the work.

Took longer than expected to get the order but we got there in the end and the quality was good.

Poor communication and customer service! I ordered 4 cutom vests on the 13th of December with the order assuring it would be sent out before the 25th. I have emailed and called multiple times only to be put through to a answering machine every time.very disappointed with the service i don't really think they intend on sending orders out by the dates given the dates are just there to assure sales. $400 that could have been spent better else where. I Called 5 times and left a message on the voice mail i also sent another email today no answer or returned call worst customer service ever definitely won't use them again and I am half considering calling my bank for them to return my funds

Order took 20 business days, for cheap iron on prints.
I am not happy with the quality, considering the price per t-shirt.
I would not use them again for t-shirts.
After 14 days I sent an enquiry asking where the order is. I did not receive a response from them.

No communication, cheap quality print. Not amazing.

The t-shirt sizing is off (larger than expected according to the sizing chart.)
Postage was over priced too, using Sendle Couriers.

I do appreciate the effort your went to after I posted the review.

I have recently used Pistol Clothing to do some embroidery on work wear for my plumbing company. Pistol clothing did everything in there power to make sure the process was done correctly and as smoothly as possible. I had some issues with the garments I sourced through pistol clothing but this was not a problem as Josh and his team did everything they could to make sure I left with a garment I was happy with.
