I’ve been coming to The Nail Garden for several years, and they’re absolutely fantastic! The ladies there are so lovely and do an amazing job every time.
My nails always look great, and I’m constantly being complimented on my nails

I have used most nail salons in my local area at some time as I have had both acrylic and SNS nails for decades (I’m not young) but by far this has been and continues to be my favourite. I don’t need to ask specifically for Ivy (owner) as all of the ladies are excellent. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied (let’s face it we are not perfect all of the time) they will rectify it at no charge until they are sure you’re happy. Their service and professionalism is beyond reproach. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I’ve been a regular client of Panania nail garden for years now and can I say,
I am always obsessed with the look every time. They always get it right!

I’m always receiving compliments about my nails and will NEVER go anywhere else.
The shop is nice and clean, and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Affordable prices and very efficient.

I have been going to The Nail Garden for over 7 years.wouldnt go anywhere else. Staff are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Ivy is amazing and always has the time for all her clients. ️

I have been a client of Ivy's for over 5 years now and been having my nails etc, done at this salon with no negative issues.
I also have been having my nails done for over 30years.
I can state that Ivy and the girls at The Nail Garden Panania are professional, friendly and willing to cater to my every need.
As with a lot of businesses we can't expect to be immediately attended to because all clients
cannot be done to a specific timeline.
I am happy to wait if it's busy or go do some shopping if I notice it might take longer to be attended to.
All our time is precious but your slander of a professional business and bullying of the manager in text is uncalled for.
You may think your somehow a lot more special than others, but your not.
I am a professional person and to see this message reeks of defamation.
If I were the owner of the business I would seriously consider a legal case for your negative comments.
Absolutely disgraceful.
You have sunk very low in your attempt to hurt this business.

I was a regular client of Ivy’s with fortnightly appointments for the past 2 years until today.

As a small business owner I am a huge believer in supporting small business HOWEVER I truly believe that good customer service grows your business. Unfortunately you don’t get the customer service you should receive from this business!

Two weeks ago I attended my appointment only to be told Ivy isn’t there. She missed my appointment because she was out shopping. Naturally I was really annoyed by this! Someone else did my nails that day which I was disappointed with. I let that slide.
Today I had a 2: 30 appointment. I arrived on time and was told by Ivy that she’s running a little late. So I waited. I had another lady apply the acrylic and tell me that Ivy would finish my nails after I asked if she could do them so I didn’t have to wait anymore. After waiting 45 minutes and seeing Ivy complete 2 other clients nails, with no apology, acknowledgment or even the courtesy to tell me to come back at a later time so I can continue with my usual Saturday duties, I got up and left. I had to finish, file, shape and polish my own nails with the help of my husband!

I am extremely disappointed with the way you have handled my recent appointments! My time is just as precious as yours and I’m sure you wouldn’t appreciate being jerked around the way you do to your customers. You have lost a regular loyal customer because of your lack of customer service and I’m sure that’ll continue until things change! Everyone’s time is precious so stop wasting people’s time and having them sit there and wait when they could be doing something else in that time. It is shocking that you don’t consider this at all! There have been so many instances where I have witnessed other people’s frustration with long wait times so clearly this is an ongoing issue.

This is meant to be a relaxing experience and time to unwind instead it’s stressful and upsetting and I’m clearly not the only customer that feels that was after reading some of the other reviews!

Best nail salon in NSW
The ladies here are lovely. Been going here for about 4 years now and would never go anywhere else. They are always friendly and polite and always do an exceptional job on my nails. Highly recommend

This was my second time visiting, i had also made an appointment because its the Christmas period and i know that it gets busy at nail salons around this time of year. It was the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my entire life! This is coming from someone who has worked in customer service/retail for 5 years also during the busy Christmas period.
I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, i was asked to sit and choose my nail colour. I explained to the lady that i wanted to get a design and asked if she could please suggest colours that were similar to what i was after. She said that she couldn't help me and asked me to choose the colours myself. So i did as she asked me because i could see that they were really busy. I waited for OVER AN HOUR and all they had done within that time was sat me down and removed my old nail polish! Within that time, other people that also had appointments were served before me while i sat there with acetone on my nails for at least a good 40 mins.
I had a doctor's appointment in the next half an hour that i needed to get to so i left without having anything done.
I then called up and they told me to come back at 5pm, where i waited ANOTHER HOUR before actually having anything done to my nails. It took me sitting in my seat and CRYING for them to actually serve me. I had to excuse myself and go outside because i was crying inside the store and i was so upset. It had been such a stressful day for me and i thought that getting my nails done would be nice and relaxing. I was so wrong.
I have never been so publicly embarrassed and upset. It was just such a stressful and unprofessional experience. I was so stressed because my nails looked awful as they still had residual polish from when i went in the first time and they were all dried out. I couldn't just leave them like that.

The whole process of them painting my nails only took about 20 minutes and i had to wait a total of about 2 hours just for that. Not to mention the driving back and forth. I didn't even end up getting the design that i actually wanted because they were just so rude to me, i couldn't find the colours from their range and on top of that no one helped me or suggested anything. I just got plain black nails because i didn't want bare nails and then i left as soon as they were done.
So unprofessional and so rude! Why over book and keep accepting customers if you can't serve them within a timely manner? Just be honest and say that you're busy and to come back later. No one should have to wait that long especially if they've actually made an appointment. So disappointed because this place was recommended to me by a friend. I will NEVER go here again! Such a stressful and upsetting experience.

It was my first visit to the Nail garden and I was unbelievably disappointed and absolutely disgusted by their services. I was so excited to support a local salon that I assumed was professional and decent. To begin with they were one hour late to our appointment. When they began doing our nails both my sister and I were in soo much pain, even though we told them they didn't apologise or stop what they were doing. My sister's fingers were all cut and bleeding and the nail technician didn't even try to ask if she was okay or be more careful. At the end no one seemed to care when we were in pain all they suggested was to put vaseline and claimed that we "had sensitive skin". They filed chunks of skin off leaving cut and blood all over us. They didn't bother cleaning around our nails either so we had stains of colour all over our hands. They didn't even have the decency to admit that it was their fault. We ended up paying a lot more than we usually do and my sister was in pain and crying for days because of their failed job. It's so sad that we had high expectations from this place, never returning there again!

The place is clean and the ladies are very friendly! You get to pick the scrub type for your pedicure and they massage your feet and legs with hot stones. Very reasonable prices and amazing service. This has become my go-to for nails. They also have hundreds of colours to pick from and so nail art!
