I received my monogrammed towels for my grandchildren and I am so excited they look beautiful. So I ordered more.

Then when I did order, I sent several emails with requests and amendments and Jonathan was only too happy to oblige them all! Not only was the personalised towels I ordered as pictured and amazing but the customer service was above and beyond. When I contacted the store re: delivery issue which in no way was the stores fault they went above and beyond to chase it down with the delivery driver and company and had the issue rectified within 24 hours. I was contacted on the phone by a real person every step of their progress in resolving an issue which I feel

I don’t often leave reviews but this company deserves it.
I bought a robe last year for my partner and the quality is outstanding. He wore it almost every day and washed it every week and it still looks brand new.
