Everything is delicious from the meat in the display to the products in the fridges. They even happily roasted and sliced a beef sirloin for me. It was utterly delicious.

Headed to the meat emporium wanting a dry aged rib-eye on the bone for a reverse sear to celebrate a milestone birthday. Richard totally delivered! Had the most juicy, tasty steak and will totally be heading back. Can't recommend this place enough, just unreal. Ps recommendation for an aged Shiraz was on point
Ordered a 1.1kg ribeye steak, cooked as per Butcher recommendation, sensational. Feed 3 people. Also had the beef sausages, best sausages I can recall having.

Unfortunatley what I purchased was not what I'd anticipated. The lamb seemed a bit aged and tough. We didnt finish eating it.

Just had a slow smoked brisket from here. Started it midnight last night. 16hrs later it was butter soft and so tasty. The meat emporium is my number 1 go to place for top quality meat. I've bought sensational rib roasts, steaks, bacon, Christmas ham and now brisket here. Best meats ever.
Had some of the most amazing steak of my LIFE tonight for dinner. Absolutely wonderful quality meats and condiments. Service is always super friendly. This place gets some "high end" clientele, but the staff remain down to earth and treat everyone equally. Thanks again for a delicious meal tonight. Quality steak + Mini Weber Q = yummy!

We visited The Meat Emporium recently to buy rib eye steak for a special occasion as well as some sausages. The service was amazing and the meat was extremely tasty and fresh. Hands down the best butcher in Sydney. Their wagyu is really high quality, literally melt in your mouth. Their price is reasonable and they regularly do promotions too. Richard, the owner, is super friendly and take a huge pride in what they sell, and it is very obious why, because they sell the best meat in Sydney!
