The Lucky Charm newsagency must be one of the best in Sydney. I find the staff reliable, friendly, courteous and helpful. I collect a monthly magazine from them and I love the extra effort they make to inform me when it arrives. I actually recommend them to my friends who work in the city. 5 out of 5 for performance!

Amazing customer service! I passed through the shop in Town Hall train station and I saw a cute tote bag. I asked for 2 but it was just one left. I left my phone number is case they could get one more. In less that 1 hour Ricky text me that to tell me that the got the second tote bag for me. Thank you Ricky!
