The Love Approach Project - Laura Gutiérrez

Recently, I attended one of the Laura's event - Priming the body for recovery and performance. I absolutely loved it! We went from breath work, rolling, moving to iced bath with a laugh and dance. Everything was just perfect. If you want to do something for yourself, your body, soul and connect with great group of people, you I highly recommend attending. Being a co-owner of a medium sized business we have many balls in the air.
