The Lawson Riverside Suites

I spent two nights at the Lawson Riverside Suites. The moment I walked into the place I was welcomed by Ellin who was so friendly and helpful. The place has so many old fashioned features and many new updated amenities. The room was so spacious with work desk, lounge, very comfortable bed, best pillow I’ve ever slept on, modern bathroom, lots of kitchen space and several utensils. I was welcomed with a basic breakfast pack for my first night. The entire facility is immaculately clean. Included in the facility is plenty of car parking, a lift to level 1, nice sitting areas inside and outside, complimentary laundry & dryer. The next day Ella was so friendly and spent time to have a chat with me about my travel adventures. On my final meeting I met Jack the owner or manager he was very friendly. Right next to the Riverside Walking Path and either a short drive or walk into town. A perfect spot for one night or an extended stay.

Great quiet spot which is easy walking distance to the town centre. Very spacious, well appointed and very clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Good value.

Awesome place to stay, great customer service, really nice helpful people, lovely room (very comfortable bed) and large.
Will happily stay here again and recommend to others.

We stayed at The Lawson Riverside Suites for a one night stop over in Wagga. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms, which were affordably priced. The breakfast provisions were a lovely touch, although we ended up eating breakfast at the café they have on site, which was lovely and the staff there were great. We would happily stay again.

Booked a 2 day Pharmacy conference. Right from the initial greeting when we walked in from Claire, the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they went to extra lengths (which they didn't have to) to ensure we were happy. Met Jack and just as accommodating. When our timing went over for morning tea/lunch/afternoon tea, they just rolled with it.
The room was great. Nice shape (hey it matters), plenty of lighting, data projector was bright on the screen (yes this had been an issue at a previous function elsewhere), plenty of natural light and doors that we could open for fresh air. I liked the wood paneling as it added a bit of character to the room.
Jack even set up the outside area that we could sit in for our meal breaks.
The food was fantastic and here Claire went waaaay over my expectations. When I told her a story on day one about how I love chocolate profiteroles, while they were not part of the original package, she had organised some for day 2. (Thankyou, they were delicious).
They accommodated the allergies with no fuss (and it wasnt just some lettuce or celery btw where they had food envy of everyone else, but was real good tasty food)
This truly is exceptional service from Claire and Jack. A young couple that you can immediately tell that they love what they do. It shines through with every aspect and contact with them.
They also run the hotel, so from now on, not only will I recommend my fellow industry colleagues have their conferences here, but also to stay in the accommodation too.
Claire and Jack, if you read this, I can't praise you enough for the 2 day conference experience we had. 11 out of 10. You should be very proud of what you have achieved. I will be seeing you again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lawson Suites. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The accommodation was very conveniently located to the River walk which gave access to the CBD.

Just passing through, glad we booked ahead for our night here as there's no vacancy. On the main road with access to the Wiradjuri Trail along the river.
Very friendly staff, easy access to our room. All rooms have a code to access. A basic Breakfast included with Cereal OJ and Processes fruit.
Decent size Room.

From the moment we arrived in reception till the morning we left, our stay was a pleasure. Our room was immaculately clean, very large and comfortable, I highly recommend The Lawson Riverside Suites, we will definitely be staying next time we are in Wagga.

I picked this place because I wanted to have close access to the river and the brewery. Admittedly, I was surprised.i thought the owners would be on the mature side as it does give off that vine s bit, hey? But, the younger couple Jack and Claire run this with their family with s lot of experience behind them it sounds like and it's been great. I believe they are freshening this place up. The room is very comfotable as is with a sofa, heap of space and everything you need. Access to the water achieved. Friendly and welcoming service. I always feel in a business if the owners make time for you and are enthusiastic about what they do then I'll support them.

Great halfway stopover on our way to Sydney. Service was genuine and friendly. Rooms were immaculate and the whole hotel was in A grade condition. The bed and linen were super fresh, the poached eggs were perfect but really it’s all about the people and personality that makes it a great place to stay.

An outstanding example of professionalism and hospitality. Beds in Rm 14 were 10/10. Ambience 10/10. Staff 10/10. Bathroom products 10/10. The standout was the customer service shown by Annabel, who anticipated all our questions and made us feel at home. This place is worth national exposure.

Very clean and easy access to all shops etc. Great location and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We stayed here overnight in a beautiful clean, airy suite. Appreciated the thoughtful small gestures such as little bags of cereal, fruit and orange juice in our room ready for breakfast the next day. The owner was just lovely, warm and welcoming. When she found out we were on our honeymoon she gave us a bottle of wine from the local winery. Lovely feel and ambiance would definitely stay again. Big thank you.

Visited Wagaa for a family catch-up. We had a lovely balcony room overlooking the Wiradjuri walking track, that had everything we needed. We had a great time and look forward to staying again.

Hubby has stayed at this place a number of times and they didnt disappoint this time either. Massive room with colonial architecture. Decent sized bathrooms which are rare in hotels these days.

Refreshingly clean, neat, tidy and well appointed. Extremely quiet. Would highly recommend. This was our first visit to Wagga Wagga. We loved it!
