In a industry that can be cutthroat at best and sometimes downright soul destroying, James from Launch squad is nothing but a genuine manager and down right gentleman.
And I would say that the vast majority would agree with me on this.
James is a man of his word and it can be banked on.
There is a waiting period for all musicians to be paid, and this has always been the case, this is an understanding that most musicians know and understand.

The greatest agency I've ever worked for. They've got your back and did a great job making an agency feel like a family. Having worked with them for close to ten years I've found myself taking less and less work externally and doing almost all my gigging through James at The Launch Squad. Never had an issue that wasn't caused by my own poor/lack of paperwork and even those issues were fixed immediately.
