The absolute worst customer service experience of my life! No compassion or understanding for their customers. My father passed last week and I have a cousin's funeral today. It's a rough time in my life. I had to change my appointment where I had a $50 deposit from today to tomorrow. Not cancel, just move it. The girls told me that would cost me my $50 deposit to move the appointment! I called yesterday being a Sunday but no one answered. I was told I should have prioritised my deposit and not only called but also emailed! That they have numerous points of contact. The last thing I'm thinking about is an eyelash appointment at this time. I tried to call and change and no one answered. Disgusting to have one rule and no empathy for unique situations, the woman went on to say I was bullying HER for wanting my deposit back and to just cance. I've lost my father and this is how I was treated. This isn't a business that cares about customers. Would NOT recommend!

I walked in with ugly unmaintained eyebrows and I walked out with absolutley gorgeous eyebrow shape and colour.
My eyebrow artist was friendly, re-assuring and did a fabulous job at colour matching, and shape of my natural brows. I was also curious as to whether my eyebrows would suit a brow lamination, she used some product and brushed them into place. I'll definitley be back for a brow lamination:) Thankyou!

Fantastic service from the front door right through to the end of my appointment. This was my first visit to the lash house, Maggie did a great consult, did a fab lash lift and my brows look great. The head and hand massage was amazing. I will be definitely be back and highly recommend.

I got my first ever set of classic lash extentions. I wanted a natural look with a cat eye effect and that's exactly what I got. Easy booking, quick application and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Amazing! Had my lashed tints and lifted today, they look amazing. Especially good if you have long lashes, as mascara always ends up on my face. Definitely recommended.

I had a beautiful experience today with Hollie. She was very thorough and asked lots of questions to get the desired result for my brow lamination and lash lift.
The head and hand/arm massage along with face mask were extra nice touches to the service. Highly recommend.

This was my very first time getting my lashes done. Ashleigh did an amazing job, I absolutely love them. Ashleigh was so nice and welcoming. Very relaxing experience, cannot wait to go back.

Brigette was super lovely and the treatment was great. So gentle and had such a great result. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of water on arrival and have a head and hand massage during the treatment. Definitely will come back for my next treatment.
