I feel like I’m catching up with a friend when I visit which takes my mind off the fact I am usually anxious.

I have had nothing but good experiences at SILK. I love coming every 2 weeks for laser hair removal, skin needling or LED and always seeing results. My skin has cleared and acne scarring has faded since starting treatments based off the recommendations of their qualified staff. I can’t imagine going anywhere else & would recommend SILK to anyone!

Brittney was amazing. Done my micro needling today and she made my experience so much better. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Will definitely be rebooking with her.

The staff are so accommodation and I always leave feeling like I have had an incredible treatment. I have been getting treatments by these girls for the past 2 years, and my skin has never looked better. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else now.

I had dermaplaning done for the first time at Silk laser clinics. Hudson was amazing she talked through all my skin concerns & provided details about different services. She was very friendly & knowledgable. The dermaplaning was painless & quick- the cleanser Hudson used made my face glow all day.

Wow! My GF and I walked in to enquire about the services they offer. We made an appointment, and 2 hours later we both left with a fresh set of luscious lips, and a smile from ear to ear. Our nurse Rachel was amazing, and made our experience one we all talked about all night! We can't wait to get back in her chair for more of what they have to offer

Nurse Rachael is so incredible at her job. Professional, reassuring and kind. Able to make me feel 100x less nervous and even able to make me laugh despite how anxious I was. Incredible manner and my results are already gorgeous. I cannot recommend Rachael highly enough.

Booked 2 appointments for a special that was running. Arrived to appointment. Started filling out paper work when told that the special we had already booked wasn’t running anymore. Why take the booking for that special if it’s not going to be running anymore? Won’t be back unfortunately

Amazing! So thorough and the therapist that did my laser was so lovely as was the other therapist I interacted with at the counter. I’m in maintenance treatment now (after being with another clinic) and I have already recommended Silk to all my laser loving friends. The cooling tip of the machine made the experience so comfortable.

I have booked an appointment for next week. From some of my questions via email looks really friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for next week with this clinic.

Don’t waste your time going to this clinic. The clinician I had yesterday was passive-aggressive and rude, rude, rude when I was naked and alone in the treatment room! There are plenty of other clinics where the girls are polite, have good communication skills and want their customers coming back. Sad that I can’t select nil stars in this review.
