Always a pleasure to visit kiva spa. The wood-fired sauna is very unique and relaxing and in the staff are always very friendly. I always leave this place, feeling super relaxed

My friends and I decided to treat ourselves for a relaxing session on NY day. We booked, arrived, paid, left our valuables with the receptionist then had a really lovely time. However it was spoiled as we left with the same receptionist asking us if we paid on our way out in such a way that made us feel discriminated, as we are Indigenous, African and Fijian. Given that everyone has to pay before entering.felt very disappointed with the service.

It's Dirty black mould on Decks some of spar jets not working and some young woman kept putting wood in the steam hut to the point you couldn't put water on the stones as the floor was burning my feet. Third and last visit from me. Would be surprised if the spar are up to scratch hygien with spar are very important with bacteria you can pick up bad bugs. Yuck

Kiva Spa is like stepping into a Balinese garden & experiencing Pure Bliss. I've been going for over 20 years & it's my place I go to relax, I always come out totally rejuvenated. The hot Spa's, sauna, cold plunge pool, massages. A beautiful experience.

Great option to relax while having a stay! A number of spa, sauna and massage options! Rustic Balinese style decor! Great massage!

It was pretty cool. The sauna was a new experience. I just hope that gorgeous Asian woman I caught eyes with in there finds this & finds me. Quite a soulful moment. Thank you to the staff for the kindness & clean facilities.

Love this place. Arrive stressed. Leave chilled and relaxed. You feel like your out in the jungle somewhere.

Having not been here for a few years I was surprised to see the place has been run down quite a bit. Multiple jets not working in the spas and a general musty scent lingering in the steam room and cold plunge pool, however we were lucky to be here while it was raining - that I must say is the ideal moment for a visit. The cool breeze and pitter patter of rain drops created a romance that helped to forgive the disorders

Kiva is heavenly! The set-up and gardens are divine. Very special place to be when it's raining. The sauna is unbelievable, feels like going back to ancient times in Mongolia, lady came in and put more wood on, the smell is so beautiful, it's such a sacred space, my body melted. The steam sauna is amazing as is the plunge pool and spas. The absolute perfect place to come and rejuvenate! I can't wait to return. Very BIG THANK YOU to Lucy and all the staff who were are amazing!

Absolutely love this place. My only comment is the last time I was there the two girls on reception were rude. Apparently way too busy when I tried to book again and was told to book online then they served someone else. I know what busy is.other than that day the experience is truly wonderful the Turkish steam room is the best!

I’ve been visiting KIVA for many years. Relaxing, chilled environment. I had a massage on Sunday with Olivia, brilliant highly recommend booking in with Olivia.

We love enjoying the bathtubs! Our kids go there as well when they have friends coming over. Totally recommended)

Lovely Balinese setting which is unique and relaxing, unfortunately in the last year only one of the 4 spas available has been really warm which is frustrating and bordering on unpleasant especially in winter. Staff were notified on each occasion. Not sure if this is their way of saving $$ but such a shame as had been frequenting this place for 10 years.

Beautiful and relaxing experience. Massage therapist was very intuitive and made me feel comfortable. Completely relaxed after a very stressful day, I'll definitely be back!

*Luke warm hot tubs with 3/4 of the jets not functioning at all.
*Plunge pool is no longer cooled at all (room temp)
*Something dead was stinking out the whole bath house
*Prices have gone up but quality has gone down.

I won't come back to this bath house.

It does have a nice aesthetic tho.

Absolutely loved my experience at Kiva spa. I have been there twice now and will keep coming back when I visit Byron.

Really nice and relaxing spa. Definitely good to do if the weathers rubbish but recommend booking it and taking your own water and towels.

Cute spa facility in the heart of Mullum. It was pretty crowded during our time there but I didn't feel like it negatively impacted my experience. The spas could have been a bit hotter I think, but overall I felt it was great value for money on the hourly rate. Unfortunately the massages were booked out but I'll definitely visit again and try and book a massage.

Very nice and relaxing experience. Staff professional, surroundings like a little oasis. Highly recommended.
