1 Catherine Nyika, founder and principal practitioner at The Inner Shine Clinic, is one of the most intuitive and effective counselors I’ve ever worked with. Although we live on opposite sides of the world, time zone calculators and Zoom video conferencing make it easy to work together.
Catherine is both sensitive and straightforward, making sure that I get the most out of my appointments. She doesn’t let me create distractions when I face uncomfortable feelings; she helps me work through them.
After five sessions with Catherine, my mood is better, my attitude is more hopeful, and I am carrying less emotional baggage than I was. Others have noticed positive changes in me, too, including an improved mood, increased emotional resiliency, and a more pleasant resting facial expression. (Who’da thought? No more resting b**** face!)
I look forward to continuing to work with Catherine and becoming more and more the person I was meant to be.
