Lisa is very gifted at what she does. She will help you navigate through any emotions and stagnant energy which your body is holding onto. She is talented at unlocking stresses which are deep rooted in you and challenging you on negative thought patterns which do not serve you and may be holding you back on life. Lisa is a exceptional Kinesiologist and has helped me in areas of healing from childhood trauma, mental health, and also assisted in self development on a few levels. Lisa is an amazing kinesiologist. I have been going to Lisa for kinesiology sessions for three years now. I initially did face to face sessions in Sydney and now that I have relocated interstate I do video call sessions - both being outstanding. I struggled with my mental health from an early age suffering with anxiety. She has helped me immensely with anxiety and also focused on working through grief and self doubt beliefs. I can honestly say Kinesiology has got me through some of the toughest times of my life I always leave each session feeling amazing. Lisa is a saint, so gifted and talented.
