Robert and staff obtained a tourist visa for my Thai partner after being rejected the first time.

Very knowledgeable, very reaponsive, very efficient. We had a complicated partner visa issue. Robert provided us with all the information we needed. He then prepared all the required documents and evidence of relationship and made it very easy. We were only asked to submit the health and police checks since we already provided everything beforehand. We finally go the double grant.
