Dr Ann is very reassuring, safe in her procedures, very hygienic, very particular and very detailed during her procedures. She takes her time during procedures and her standards are high which I love… During the service she explains what she is doing and makes me feel relaxed and in good hands … The aftercare is reassuring and extremely caring too. The communication from Suzie at reception is always on point and if you email or text her she will respond asap. I haven’t met the other girls however Suzie, Sarah and Dr Ann are welcoming, kind and professional so I can only imagine the others are too. After the procedure, Dr Ann is always there for you 24/7 with no question is too small. I definitely recommend this clinic and Dr Ann.

Dr Ann and Suzi are such wonderful ladies. I’ve never had Botox before and Dr Ann was so kind and gentle and ensured I was educated about what I was doing before we did anything. They’ve even booked me in for a 2 week review and the results I’m seeing already are fantastic, exactly what I wanted! Love this place and these ladies.

For my first time with injectables I couldn’t have had a better experience.
Right from booking my appointment, Suzi made me feel comfortable and excited about the experience, and when you enter the salon her energy is so welcoming!
I was treated by Nurse Sarah who educated me so well about the procedure and made me feel so calm and comfortable. Dr Ann popped her head in a few times just to make sure everything was ok, but I definitely felt at ease with Sarah. She really took her time to make sure both she and I were happy with my look!
Day 2 I still have some swelling but I am starting to see my lips take shape and I am already so happy!
Whilst I could have probably had a cheaper experience elsewhere, you really get what you pay for and why risk that on your face? The Icon team are so professional and warm, I couldn’t have wanted more. I will definitely return and if anyone asks for recommendations I would say look nowhere else! Thanks Suzi, Sarah and Ann!

Amazing team of beautiful ladies, I was lucky enough to be looked after by nurse Ashlee who was so friendly and professional taking the time to listen to my wants, providing me with all the info on the various procedures and no rush to make a decision. This was a birthday treat for myself which was so out if my comfort zone but so worth it. I decided on lips and cheeks and Ashlee used hers skills to give me the boost/confidence I was looking for. I can honestly say I have had no pain, minimal inflammation and no bruising. It's true a little bit can go along way and I am really happy wih what I see in the mirror. I would totally recommend the Icon Cosmetic Clinic and looking forward to learning about their New Treatment coming next month.
