No outdoor ashtrays, and there was a yellow stain or something on the bed, was to tired to get another room, but still had a peaceful nights sleep on the other side! Pet friendly aswell. But they cater for people without pets too! Thankfully

Stayed here twice on the Sydney to Melbourne drive. Nice and clean, very comfortable beds, good showers. Great location with food options nearby. Dog friendly and Oddies Creek off leash park and the river walk are across the road. Would definitely stay again

Booked a disability room for my brother, called 10 minutes after to cancel as we were having trouble transporting my brother there.
Spoke to a lovely lady who said it would not be a problem to refund due to the circumstances and as it’s Christmas time.
Called to follow up on the refund and a very angry and rude man said we will not be getting a refund under any circumstance.
Very disappointing customer service.
I’m sure he’s ego won’t be able to help himself but to reply to this with some more excuses but it really comes down to customer service.

The only pet friendly accommodation in Albury on Grand Final afternoon so I thoght Beggar's can’t be choosers! But wow how wrong was I!
After my last two hotel visits while passing through town I wasn’t expecting to be pleasantly surprised at all
But the Hume Inn delivers amazing value for money and was Surprisingly very pleasant, clean, quiet and with spacious rooms! Probably also the most comfortable bed I can recall sleeping in, and normal comfort pillows! Not too thick, thin, hard or soft! The bathroom was also spacious with instant hot water and good pressure
As new split system AC, and electrical appliances even tapware looked brand new
Under cover Carpark conveniently right outside my door and situated at the back so peaceful and quiet
Great location with park and river opposite and easily accessible to dozens of cafes and restaurants
Will DEFINITELY stay again! And highly recommend!

Basic room very affordable, 1st night was good as soon as we arrived i made a coffee after the long drive, after being out for the night I came back to make a coffee and the kettle was broken so had to heat up water in the microwave, next morning i went to the office and told the owner and he replaced the kettle straight away. Staff are very friendly rooms are clean would highly recommend.

After a very long drive from Point Cook Victoria delivering 8 trailers to a dealer in Queanbeyan NSW and then off to deliver a trailer to a customer in Coffs Harbour and heading back to Melbourne and after many stops I just had to try and get to my favourite hotel in Albury NSW for a good nights sleep.

Beds not comfortable pool is small and tea and coffee facility well the milk is not fresh milk stupid little pods tastes awful had to go to the bakery next door

This motel is a hidden gem on the SYD-MEL route. A lovely park and botanic gardens right across the road to stretch your legs after a long drive. Queen rooms are clean and of a good size, with comfortable bed and all appliances working, plus the staff are lovely! There’s an Italian restaurant and bakery at the doorstep, or many other options a short stroll away. The clean pool on premises is a bonus, and a petrol station and cafe a few doors down makes the morning getaway very easy. At the cheapest rate in town during holiday season, what more can you ask for?

Roomy, and comfortable, with lots of space, in these well positioned units.located minutes off the highway, and close to town, it's a perfect location, for a nights break.
The owners were very friendly, and helpful too.

Located at the northern most end of the "Motel strip" at the south end of Albury, - heading towards the motorway and Wodonga, the Hume Inn Motel offers simple, good quality accommodation at good value pricing.
Super helpful service, and really friendly folk.
Easy drive in access and good undercover parking. Short 2 block walk to "town" to the Restaurants if the adjoining "Roma" restaurant is not your thing.
It might be wise to book in advance if it's school holiday time.

Great hotel, great customer service. Beds were super comfy! And the electric blanket was a nice touch. Nice location too, park across the road and short walk to all the shops and food you need. Pizza shop next door was very yummy

Very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude behaviour by the receptionist.would not recommend this place at all.

Upstairs room's walls are paper thin. Could hear neighbours watching videos on their phones and coughing all night. Only slept for a handful of hours because the walls were so thin, could hear everything in the room next door.

Clean rooms in a convenient location.
There is a restaurant at the front with pizza and other assorted meals as well as a bakery next door.
Rooms a dated but clean and comfy with off street and undercover parking.

Dodgy place, they didn't answer the calls after I made the booking. Very unprofessional.steer clear.

Great spot. Close to everything. Beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure wasn't great but we really enjoyed out stay here.

Been here a week now and extending, good clean rooms and great staff who go beyond. Close to city and river etc.

Stayed Couple of times there, really Good and polite staff. Good location too. My Permanent stay whenever i travel to Melbourne.
