26I was very satisfied with the service provided by The Home Dekor. They kept me informed when new stock of the item I wanted was available. They were extremely prompt in despatching and delivering my product which was the beautiful solid mango wood Aisha coffee table.
From the moment I began messaging ‘The Home Dekor’ store, to say I was impressed would be an understatement. Tarun Dowan responded almost instantly to my enquires and was straight up honest with delivery delays on the particular item I wanted. He showed me alternatives and offered a private viewing of current stock available. To which I stumbled upon this beautiful piece of furniture. Great craftsmanship, solid and sturdy. Tarun even worked around my availability for delivery, personally delivering it at agreed time that suited me.
We bought the Mosaic bar and an armchair, both were such beautiful pieces, looked same as on website, quality wood. Tarun was so helpful in delivering it too and also so prompt in responding to our messages when we checked on progress of shipment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality wood, unusual designs at prices you’d get ordinary furniture.

I am very happy with the bar stools that I had ordered. The most amazing thing is that I gave my own picture of the bar stools and they made it how I wanted. The delivery was also quick. The quality that they told me and I had asked for was the same as we discussed. It’s just beautiful!
We ordered a Morga Bar Unit from The Home Dekor and from the outset, the excellent customer service was evident. Tarun was upfront about the long lead time for delivery due to the impact of COVID and he kept in regular contact. When the unit arrived it was very well packaged and there was no blemish or damage.
