Wouldn’t recommend looking at Hills of Carmel at the moment. Developer is unwilling to sell land to council for parks at a reasonable price. Plenty of fake promises that aren’t being filled.
Also, the school they’re advertising on their master plan doesn’t exist in the Box Hill master plan on the council website.
