Just completed a Retreat at this Catholic/Marist venue. Was impressed with the food (large portions and good flavour), location (easy train ride from Sydney approx 2 hours) and staff.
The large estate with rolling hills, pastures and wine yards with great views from several locations of sunrise and sunset. Ample area to relax and enjoy nature.
I will put in a plug for the venue as a getaway/retreat as it has cabins and cottages on site which are accessible and in near new condition.
One of my favourite locations. Being surrounded by nature creates a relaxing ambience. Staff are very friendly and the food is great!
I have attended numerous retreats and reflection days at this site, I highly recommended it.
Very peaceful, good accommodation for the price. Shame the Chapel isn't always open. Stations of the Cross in the woods is a must.
