Best pub food in Sydney. Very quick with a great varied menu. Lots of children though from 6-7 on Saturday

Great place for a drink and grab a bite. Fantastic atmosphere, sit outside and enjoy the weather.
Has space for the kids to play and even ice cream for after.

Wow I am craving the apple crumble it is the best I've ever had. Definitely recommend. Good choice of beers and the food in general is amazing.

Haloumi KFC, great drinks and a friendly atmosphere. This was an unexpected find and completely worth it.

Always brilliant.though it's a shame they had to move the massive array of salts and hot sauces back behind the counter.

Visited Henson's for the first time today. Why have I not been there earlier! Such a cool, laid back vibe with fantastic food and drinks. The chicken wings and knuckle sandwich were outstanding as was the warm mulled wine! Finished off by in house soft serve gelato. Grace and Jenny and the rest of the staff were wonderful, so warm and welcoming. An old, funky, local pub with so much character. Thanks for a great experience. Great 70's disco playlist.can't wait to visit again! Highly recommend

Such a great bar. Always a relaxed atmosphere and great place to catch up with friends. And the food is fantastic. You can't go wrong with the KFC Halloumi and the dessert sundaes. The chocolate fudge is my fave.

Although we didn’t have a reservation the staff were helpful and accomodating and found us a table. I got the fried chicken burger, the crunch was average af and it was lukewarm. I’d have to say the same for the chips.
I get it, it’s a sunday no one wants to be at work but the staff were all a bit of a misery to be around- but got the job done.

We’ve been regulars since the first day it reopened. Still love it - BUT - please please change the menu. It’s Tired. But otherwise love it!

Great spot that serves Reschs. Plenty of room and a solud games room with Pinball machines. Could easily spend an afternoon here.

One of the best pub in Marrickville. Great beer selection on tap (Philter XPA is just the best!). Burgers are pretty good too with a nice selection of hotsauce available behind the bar. Always happy to stop there!

The atmosphere here after a Newtown game is unlike many others. Even with a full house staff were quick to get drink orders out and very friendly.

It's in the middle of nowhere but accessible enough. The food is not bad at all but it isn't great either. It's right about average. Very overpriced for what you get. Decent beer selection on tap.

Funky little pub with good food, locally brewed beer, 80s hits on rotation and an old style arcade room with pinnies. What’s not to love!

Rude staff, can't play pool in peace, they are policing every move. But they are incapable of actually showing the example and wear their masks below their noses!
