Told us they had 45 years experience doing granny flats, found out they are liars when i spoke to fair trade, they've barely been open for more than 3 years according to ABN and fair trade, also did not tell me about the site costs involved on our quote but the other company did, i had a terrible experience with another company with our first granny flat and i'm not falling for it again with your quote, be careful of shady companies like this.

Very reasonable and ground the earth company, approachable owner and sale manager. All office staff are quite friendly. They finished as promised.

Just finished building our granny flat and couldnt be happier. The whole process was seamless right from the initial site visit, design and approvals, materials selection and construction. Really happy with the end product. We found a tenant straight away. Good job!

Overall, the construction process was very smooth and all the questions and concerns addressed and resolved quickly. The guys are able to customize the design as per the customer needs which is great. We ended up with quite unique design that we are very happy with. We are also quite impressed with all the support after the construction is finished as the guys were able to rectify all the small issues very quickly. The quality of build is great.
