They recently charged a $110 consult fee and I didn’t get what I asked for. He printed me a information booklet to read over tho.

Dr Celestine Gan is amasing! Very thorough and has a great bedside manner. Dr gan is very good with myself and my children, thinknweve finally found our family Dr in Port.

No stars at all, absolutely discusted in this receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met. I'll be going to take things further over being knocked back treatment as I'm not well. I'll be seeing the right authorities I haven't seen a doctor in a year since birth and this receptionist keeps turning back my appointments stating I ever came to this doctor surgery when my partner kids and I have been there multiple times. I don't like been discriminated because I am thin and you are a jelious big woman rolling your eyes at my spiteful I'll be taking this further

New to Port Macquarie and rang today to book an appointment for both my wife and myself.were advised that Grange Family Medical was not taking new patients, end of story and possibility of a future relationship.

Highly knowledgeable and helpful doctors and staff. This is the best practice in Port Macquarie.

It was hard to find as the address on here is different to there website. The right address is 1/82 Lake Rd, Port Macquarie.

After moving to the area I had to find a new GP. I have found the doctors & receptionists here to be polite, helpful & courteous. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Treated with sarcasm and abusive tone then dismissed. I am a senior / pensioner and have never been treated so poorly by a practitioner in my life. After being billed nearly $100 (told it was a long consultation but nothing said about doctors repeated googling for information) i left feeling humiliated, demeaned and silenced. Same doctor as joshua maybe or is this the attitude in the practice.the way you would treat your father?
It has taken me several weeks to consider what happened and conclude that i did nothing that deserved such disrespect and nothing that should cause me to be silent. I have entrusted very personal matters to this doctor and am dismayed by what has happened.

Absolutely pathetic, went to a female doctor as I have been struggling with alcohol addiction. Asked if I could have Valium for a couple of days to break the cycle. Wouldn't prescibe it, as I was swapping alcohol for Valium. Referred me to drug and alcohol,
2 week wait. Can you employ doctors that know what they are talking about. Do they really have a clue what is going on. I think you need some more education.
You as practioners have a duty of care.
No duty of care, just a girl, who thinks she is a doctor. Disgusting

As a visitor to Port I needed an appointment at short notice. Got one online for that morning. Once there I was warmly welcomed and went straight in. The Dr was very friendly, understanding and thorough. I wish this was my local GP!
